Worst massage I've ever had. They lady who did it was clearly sick and all I could hear was her sniffling and I honestly just felt bad for her. But the massage in itself was so uncomfortable I several times wanted to just leave. She kept digging her elbow in my bones and didn't seem to know what she was doing at all. Not a nice experience at all.

Have been going to this place for four years, practitioners fine, some are exceptional. The receptionist there today ie Saturday 17 December 2017 is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. I went to make an appointment. Simple request. This lady was so utterly rude and impolite I left without making the appointment. What is the business going to do about her? Do I have to put up with such rudeness each time I go there? Another lady left with me after hearing how rude the receptionist was, and we went somewhere else for our massages today

I've been to this place twice now and thought it was excellent. I have had plenty of massages in my time and these guys really know what they are doing, especially with my remedial massages. No idea why these other people posting would be such 'debbie downers' about the place. Cheer up folks ;)

Terrible massage - face down it just smelled really bad and the cloth put over where your head goes was wet and smelled. Had it ask for it to be changed - dubious hygiene. Paid for lavender oil - had to ask for it as they forgot. Most of massage was just person grinding their elbow into my back - clearly didn’t want to use hands. Had to ask for it to be softer. Still bruised and sore and I have limited arm movement without pain three days later. Worst massage I have ever had, terrible smell and questionable hygiene will never go there again. UPDATE: as you can see they asked for my details in the comments, I emailed them promptly and they then asked for my mobile number. They have still not got back to me to resolve this it’s been well over a week now, I emailed them again saying they did not get back to me - but still no answer as yet.

the therapist Annie was excellent and the receptionist May she was very helpful I suffered from neck shoulder and lower-back pain and my muscles are extremely sore and headache. May recommended just the right and the best treatment for me she’s very professional and friendly and I can’t say thank you enough for Annie she helped me a lot and killed all the pain away and my muscles never felt great like this before and I feel so much better highly recommended Annie she had such an amazing techniques and very professional I had whole body remedial deep tissue massage with Acupuncture for 90 minutes my experienced here was fantastic and satisfied and the shop was really nice and clean and great location after the massage they served hot tea and snacks which is all my favourite and hot tea is really good and yes it's so delicious my body so relaxing and feel so much better I had an amazing day here highly recommend and will definitely be going back!!!!! thank you for great services :)

It was very good and affordable experiences, went for cupping and acupuncture with Annie, she was very professional and know how to fix the issue after a small session of massages. Perhaps sometimes the shop is about to closer and she was happy to stay later to finish everything. The Thai receptionist was very friendly and helpful on rescheduling appointment times.

I had an incredible experience with Sunny. She was knowledgeable not only in her massage technique but also in her assessment. I walked in and she was able to instantly see where I was holding tension before even laying a hand on my back. I would be willing to argue that she could rival a physiotherapist in her knowledge regarding the interactions between muscle groups and how this translates to poor posture/chronic back pain. Absolutely blown away, I've already booked in for additional consultations.

Very disappointed with foot reflexology massage, my therapist just rubbed my feet and legs in the one boring motion. All other therapists working next to her were performing several different techniques with firm pressure on their customers while I had someone who obviously didn’t know what she was meant to do. They refused to give a refund or any discount, very unprofessional!!!

The worst massage I’ve ever had. It starts with the “therapist” slapping oil all over my back for 10 minutes. Followed by the most agonising pinching, punching - completely erratic - leaving me sore for 1 week. My husband had a similar experience. The fact I paid upfront meant I had no recourse after this shocking inexperienced treatment. Will never return.

I got a neck shoulder and head massage yesterday and I have never been so sore in my life. My shoulders feel like they are glued to my ears. Do not recommend. I can't lift my arms.

Amazing spot for a remedial massage. I suffer from chronic pain in my neck, arms and legs and this massage was the biggest relief I've had in years without the use of medication. The staff was friendly and my masseur Rita did an incredible job. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

I have been Chilink for massage last few years, very satisfied for the services received which have helped me release the neck/back pain due to long hours sitting in front of computer, I really appreciate their professional and friendly therapist team. My family and friends now all come to this shop for acupuncture and massage whenever needed.

My partner and I have been to many massage places and could say that Chi-Link is one of the best in Brisbane. The therapists are way more professional and technical in general (we tried multiple and were not disappointed). Especially impressed by Annie as she has many years of experience and bases her practice on solid TCM knowledge. She always understood our health problems and offered the right solutions. As a bonus, the service provided by reception staff is always great and easy.

I went for a massage and the staff was awful. Kylie or something Chinese lady (around late 20 or so) was terrible attitude and said to pay more otherwise no massage because the little money she receives is not enough to do massage properly. However the price is the company provides and not the customer asked to pay for it. I’ve never received that treatment from anyone. The service is very bad and no clean rooms.

Located on lower ground floor near escalators from Adelaide street. Very calming music playing loud enough to block out queen plaza noise, nearly. The receptionist was pleasant. Bruce, an older asian gent did my reflexology. Superb! He’s one of the best I’ve been to. Green tea or water at start. It would of been nice to be asked after treatment as I was really thristy. Looks like they have a few shops about.
