Read the fine print. The enhabitants are a wonderful bunch, but read the contract carefully before signing. Your excess solar benefits go to the management, they are quick to sell you a property, but impose their rules and slothe like urgency when you want to sell. They take over a bistro for an admin centre even though the contract said it was a facility for residents. You the resident are the garbage collector, bus driver etc. They have gone through 8 care takers in 10 years. It is a gated community, but some deal has been done and the gate never shuts. 2 break Ins recently

It's very big and looks crowded. New houses are nice but those in the old part can't use anything in the new part. Friends living there are very happy though.

This is a great area for retired elderly to live. It is securely gated, and feels like an actual home.

I found this Resort a quiet , friendly well cared for and close to shops. Also a good range of different prices for private homes as well as a nursing home.

I deliver here often and the place is beautiful. Very spacious, very clean and scenic all around. Quiet and very secure, I would recommend it as a place for seniors.
