If your looking for family friendly this place is it. Perfect amount of space in the rooms well planned out so clean, beautiful bathroom and great size kitchen area just enough, huge tv the beds are actually comfortable!!! It's just what you need for a comfortable stay with a family a great price. The manager Jason is more then helpful and very polite happy to help with anything and is in contact from the get go to make sure his guests have a good stay. Very pleasantly surprised we will be back!!! To top it of we accidentally left my daughters doll behind and the manager jason was happy to mail it back to us and got in contact straight away.

I had a great stay in Lemon Tree Passage Motel. The rooms were quite spacious and neat. Jason was friendly and humble. There is a nice garden in the backyard where our kids had lots of fun. I can recommend the motel to anyone. I am looking forward for our next stay here!

Would highly recommend this motel. Extremely quiet and exactly as shown in photos. Extremely clean and well appointed with a great shower. The bed was super comfy too. With the bowling club right next door made it easy to have a quick and tasty meal. Thank you for your great communication too Jason.

We stayed here for a family getaway and I could not speak more highly of this place. It exceeded my expectations of staying in a “motel”. The motel has been renovated. Brand new bathrooms that are spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfy and the room overall was very clean. Customer service was also fantastic. A beautiful garden to sit and relax in. A big thank you to Jason who went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great experience and everything we needed. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended

This is truly a great motel. Jason was very communicative from day-1 and has been incredibly helpful in getting quite a few things sorted for us. We had to move our dates due to bad weather and that was done quickly over the phone and that was the first step of great customer service to come. The rooms were clean and so was the area outside. The bathrooms also appeared to be recently renovated and was well maintained! Jason also went above and beyond in ensuring that a lost item was stored safely and returned to me. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!!

Spacious, clean rooms with everything you need. Grounds were lovely and Jason was very easy to deal with. We had multiple rooms booked for a family occasion, so having all the rooms face out to the garden area made it fun and easy to be together.

One of the highlight stays of our holiday travelling up the east coast. Room clean, to a high standard and well equipped. Ice cold jug of water left in fridge was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at the Lemon Tree Passage Motel early this month (March 2023). We got married at Tanilba Bay, which was less than 10 mins away from this property. Our wedding party rented out 5 rooms in total, and all of the guests who stayed in this motel were blown away with the quality, service and the cleanliness of the rooms! Staff I contacted Jason (owner/manager) a couple of months prior, and he was a gem from the start. 20/10 service from him- he is professional, polite, friendly, organised, considerate and just easy to work with. He helped us heaps and navigated through some issues with ease. Truly satisfied with that. Also met and said hi and thanks to a cleaning staff, commended her for the thorough job they do. Rooms 20/10!!! Rooms were so so so clean, looked like they were newly renovated- sparkly in every corner. The sheets and towels were fresh. This made me super happy. All rooms are air-conditioned, hot days when we stayed there but rooms were nice and cool due to ac. Bar fridge stocked with essentials, I personally loved the jug of water in there. Snd that they kept drinking glasses in the fridge so they’re nice and cool. Bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries. Only issue was water pressure would go really weak ?when the next rooms use their showers. But not too big of a deal. Location Close to our wedding venue, shops, even closer (few steps away) to the bowling centre which served yummy food. They have a nice courtyard with tables and chairs, we used that to hang out with our friends and family. Overall, yes, very happy with the stay and will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. We also will be staying here again. Jason was polite, professional and friendly. Meticulously clean room. Well situated motel near the local bowling club & easy 500m stroll to waterfront & village amenities. Motel grounds have a huge beautiful lawn. I was very impressed by the check-in process. Pay balance of your account on the morning of check-in prior to arrival, turn up & walk straight into your room without having to go to Reception. Brilliant! Never seen it before in all my travels. A very effective & efficient process! Jason was very approachable and provided quick responses to any queries. We were there for a wedding down the road but this motel would also be ideal for a relaxing, lazy weekend in a nice & slow-paced coastal village if that's what you're after.

What a lovely surprise this motel was for us. Jason had taken our reservation over the phone and made our arrival very easy as we had been travelling all day. Room was very modern with updated appliances and bathroom. Shower was great and the beds were so comfortable. Room was exceptionally clean and fresh. The Bowling Club is just next door with great food and service and member rates available whilst staying at the motel. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Jason!

We just had a golf weekend staying at the LTP Motel. We have been doing this for 29 years and ALL 16 guys said this is the best place we have stayed in all that time. One of the nicest little motels I have ever stayed in! The manager, Jason was an excellent communicator and made sure we were aware of all available facilities before we arrived. The room was spotless and included a microwave oven, kitchen sink, plates, lots of biscuits, coffee and tea, and large flatscreen TV. The premises were impeccable and quiet, although situated next to a club. Congratulations to the proprietor, Jason. We will definitely be back.

A great motel , Jason our host was friendly nothing was too much trouble. We checked in over the phone prior to arrival as we didnt arrive until 8pm. The room was very clean and comfortable beds. The local club is located to rear of the motel where drinks and meals are available. Would certainly stay again and really recommend a stay there and appreciate Jason's helpfulness.

We recently had a lovely 3 night stay at the motel whilst visiting family in the area. The motel is great! The rooms have obviously been recently refurbished so not only are they comfortable they are also quite modern & stylish. The room is spacious and well equipped and leads into a lovely green outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine. the kitchenette with kettle, toaster & microwave made it easy for breakfast in the morning.Convenient parking at your door also. Loved the big TV and also the niche shelf in the shower to put your toiletries. So many motels fail to provide this in the bathroom. We also appreciated that our room was serviced each day……we have had stays recently (not this property) where motels seem to have cut this service out, using Covid as an excuse. The only negative we have is that the wi-fi is very weak. Jason & Lillian were friendly and attentive hosts. We look forward to staying here again in the near future. Jodie

Such a great place to stay for our quick weekend away. The place was newly renovated, super clean and tidy and the big screen TV was a hit with the kids playing on their nintendo switch. Our favourite was the enclosed court yard with lots of green space and sunshine for the kids to run around and play ball. Jason (the owner) was very friendly and made us all feel very welcomed there. Definitely will return again next time we are up that way!

This motel is a absolute delight to stay at. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Is close to the bowls club which is literally right next door. Super convenient for eating. Shops are only just up the road. The owner Jason is a absolute delight to communicate with . He made everything run so smoothly and was always happy to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable and a pleasant experience .

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The rooms were lovingly renovated and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on and wanted to take it with me :-). The owners were extremely friendly and it was only a walk across the carport to the club where we had a really good chicken schnitzel. We will definitely be back.
