Store presents as a lux boutique. Manager is superb. Maria and Mariam (plus the other lady, sorry can’t remember her name) were awesome. Services were personable, warm and friendly. I will definitely come back to this store if I need anything in the future. Gregory’s has been my go to jewellers for the past 18 years. 11/10 score from me.

I was simply accompanying my husband at this store as he was a regular customer and it’s my first time visiting Gregory Jewellers. While my husband is busy checking out watches I on the other hand was simply browsing on earrings and wasn’t planning to buy. However I was approached and assisted by the friendly specialist named Raua and she was more than happy to show me some diamond earrings I’m eyeing on. I’m not an expert on diamonds and ask her to explain to me what characteristics in diamond I should look for and she’s very accommodating and generous in explaining stuff to me. For someone who wasn’t planning on buying anything today I ended up buying 2 pair of earrings. I’ll give credit to Raua who made me feel at ease in browsing through the store. All staff members are very friendly there. In this busy world, you don’t need to visit the store, Marina is there to help you out. When I had call with her for the first time I felt like I’m talking with someone who is familiar with me since long. She has something that makes you comfortable to discuss about your plan. I shared my plan, she confirmed with the supplier and came back to me with suggestions which I like most. Searching for my soon to be fianceé's engagement ring, I visited many different well known jewellers, especially in Sydney City. A family member recommend I visit Gregory's Jewellers Parramatta. So I decided to give it a go. I spoke to a wonderful gentleman called Edward, who educated me about the brand and the measures they take to ensure their diamonds are nothing but perfect. Their measures go way beyond just the standard '4 C's' and a lot of the diamonds they view, they reject as it hasn't met a perfect criteria. This demonstrated quality and integrity in their products. Edward listened to exactly what I wanted, provided his honest suggestions and gave me the best options within my budget. I was blown away by his and the teams customer service. The engagement ring I wanted was custom made within a matter of weeks. And WOW it is perfect. Can't recommend Gregory's Parramatta enough. Will definitely be back for other items in the future.

I bought my rose gold chain and pendant via website. However needed help finding the chain. So I inquired and I got an instant reply. Not only that, I was provided with all the answers to my questions. Delivery took just a bit over 24 hours. I was so impressed with the wrapping, a personalised note to me and fast delivery. Out of convenience, I decided to communicate through their chat service, enabling you to send and receive text messages to your mobile phone. I found this service ideal given the interstate time difference between Perth and Sydney and also giving me the flexibility to respond when I had free time. George was so easy to deal with on line. My husband wanted a particular watch and George from the Parramatta store arranged for us to pay and then sent it via courier. I was also able to lay by on line and very prompt getting receipts. This has also been delivered. Other jewellery stores can’t be bothered with online lay-bys. I recommend this store and in particular George.

Quite surprised by the poor attention received. Some years ago the good treatment was noticeable. I had a young Chinese woman who was sitting very close to the door and to my surprise She was really in a hurry to sell and be sure that I was going to buy than to know what I need.
