Pleasantly surprised with how painless and quickly the procedure was undertaken. Dr Cashion and his supporting team were very friendly and professional. At the very worst parts of the procedure the pain would have been a 2/10 and the discomfort level probably a 4/10. Dr Cashion was great. The process is quick and the pain was mild, the worst was a slight ache when the local anesthetic was used on the tube, similar to a knock from your kids or a ball... took about 10 minutes and am now about an hour and a half post op with very little pain. The process of video, op and post video op is great, everything is explained in detail and have come out with no questions. Will see how recovery goes but at this stage I am glad I had it done despite nerves in the waiting room.. if you are considering to have a vasectomy I definatley recommend Dr Cashion.

I specifically waited almost 2 full weeks post-procedure to come and post this review, you know, just in case, but honestly, from the moment I entered the room I felt comfortable and calm thanks to Geoff and his nurse (well, as comfortable as you can getting the snip). Other than the sting of the anaesthetic needle, the procedure was painless and pretty quick - I was back in the car and on the way home less than 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I spent the next week or so a little sore, but totally manageable. I’d describe it as the feeling you have a couple of hours after being whacked in the nuts - sore, but you can live your life fine. A little bruising and tenderness in the next few days. After about 10 days I was essentially discomfort free, and 2 weeks on, I’m back to normal. I was back in the gym doing some light work on day 7, and back into it normally on day 12 or so. I can’t recommend Geoff enough. It was my first time and he was really gentle lol.

I had a Vasectomy from Geoff early March 2022. The procedure was simple and painless. They made me feel very comfortable at the Adelaide clinic and everything was explained clearly. I had some post op complications as I am from the NT. Geoff was calling me every couple of days to check in and forwarded me to the local hospital with his full support which helped me get seen. Definitely a bit apprehensive going in. Watching the video and hearing what the procedure consisted makes you a little uncomfortable. But really the procedure was a breeze.
