Doctors
and
staff
are
very
friendly
and
thorough,
however
if
you
need
to
get
through
on
the
telephone
you
need
to
have
30-45+
minutes
available
to
spend
on
hold.
I
have
had
to
call
several
times
because
of
missed
telehealth
phone
calls
(doctor
called
early),
prescriptions
not
emailed
when
they
should
have
been,
etc.
and
each
time
I
eventually
get
through
the
person
answering
says
they
are
aware
of
the
wait
length
and
are
working
on
improving
it.
However,
this
has
not
improved
in
a
period
of
at
least
six
months.
Today
I
have
spent
40
minutes
(and
still
waiting)
on
hold
and
have
been
told
regularly
at
intervals
that
my
call
will
be
answered
in
two
minutes
...
which
is
obviously
incorrect,
but
this
was
the
message
I
first
received
when
my
call
was
connected,
and
has
been
repeated
several
times.
Not
everything
can
be
done
online
or
needs
to
be
done
by
visiting
in
person,
which
I
would
think
would
be
appreciated
during
these
times
of
COVID-19.
Update:
after
40
minutes
of
hold
my
call
was
disconnected.
