    Had worse customer service experience at My House last Monday! what a bad attitude they have and very snobby...left the shop straight away after this elderly lady says to me "oh in Australia we only have this". How rude and disrespectful! WHAT A SHAME MY HOUSE! Never go back again and will NEVER recommend to anyone! and no one like their beautiful day off being ruined!

    I received worst kind of customer service EVER!! I explained that I bought the electric blanket three month ago and stoped working. The shop staff was repeatedly saying “You’ve been using it for three month!” and she didn’t replace it even though she knew it was 12 month warranty!! Unbelievably rude attitude and it’s no way near “customer service” but it was like I was talking to a difficult neighbor. They ‘re normally friendly and helpful but this particular lady was unbelievable.

    Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!! The lady was very rude and snobby, she acted like serving us was such an inconvenience, when all she did was point out some bed sheets and say "thats all we've got". She made rude remarks like "If you want to put your head where everyones touched it and put their heads on it, then sure" sarcastically when we asked if we could lay our heads on a pillow to try it out. When she could have just politely suggested it wouldn't be very clean. Acted very impatient when we were trying to decide whether to get it or not, and naggingly asked us what we had decided. This caused us to make a rushed decision and buy the things we looked at. After realising we didn't want them, we called and asked if we could return them and they said there are no returns and exchanges are only allowed within 14 days, which the lady who served us didn't even explain to us. We received the same blatant rudeness on the phone and will NEVER go to this store again!

    Bad customer service. Was going to purchase either x1 or x2 dinner sets, 1 was a display one on sale so was wanting to make sure that all pieces were in the box and ok or I would have got 2 of the other one. Was waiting 2nd in line and a guy staff member knew I was there and waiting for at least 5 mins, wouldn't help me and then as soon as another lady walked into the store he went to help her straight away. Are people are way too judgemental, I get this a few times in different shops.

    Oh I Love this shop , the products are amazing and now with Neil’ Whittaker’s range you really can’t go wrong . The staff are just brilliant and so professional it is a pleasure to be a customer !

    I bought an European Linen quilt set a week ago. I pre washed as per instructions. When I hanged it I saw that the pillowcases were sewn completely wrong, instead of a rectangle it was a paralegram. Also the King cover measured 230 x 202 instead of 245 x 210. I immediately emailed the customer service, and only received an automated response. I have since emailed 3 more times without any response. I paid a lot of money for it and to not even get a response is unacceptable. I need to add, the staff at Castle Hill was helpful, but the Customer Service online desk is totally useless in not even answering my query. Castle Hill is quite far from me, so I can't just get there to try and sort it out and that's why I relied on the customer service contact on the web. But alas... No service!
