Visited this lasertag site for some of their sunday super sessions as well as the famous Space Marines 5 Monday nights. Being the Laserforce HQ the arena is very well designed with multi-levels and equipped with all the latest stuff (Gen8 battle suits, base targets, beacon targets, generator, guardian, portal, ...). The staff were very friendly. Looking forward playing there again.

Had a lot of fun here as a teenager and took my boys along for a bit of fun. Was amazed that when they say life membership they mean it. My game statistics from over 20 years ago were in the system to view which was pretty cool. Even though there was only 5 players we still had a lot of fun and it is really good value for money if you can get the 2 hour unlimited pass.

My son had a birthday party there. They were overbooked and understaffed. No-one looked after the party- had to ask when everything was happening. It definitely wasn’t a pay someone to do a party for you experience. Would not recommend.

Extreemly understaffed, manager/owner stressed along with attitude. Children got 10 minutes of laser tag (no wonder the prices seamed good) Had to supervise our children to play mini golf at the ages of 11 and 13, we went with the intention for the parents to sit and relax, have a coffee and chat while the children burned off some energy. No seating available unless party has been booked, and car parking horrendous.

Pretty great idea for the kids (boys aged 9 and 11). Booked the variety pack which was great mix of laser tag, Labrinth, mini golf and arcade games but felt like we were rushed through the experience rather than allowing us to take our time. Had planned on buying another game of laser tag and having lunch there but with being pushed through activities too quickly, didn't really feel like we were wanted so left and went elsewhere.

My daughter liked it but she said that the games were a bit short. The food took longer than expected to be ready even when you advised what exactly you will get for the party kids who were waiting too long for simple hot dogs. The rest was ok.

The staff were really patient considering the amount of kids all screaming and wanting their attention all the same time. They just carried on doing their job and answering all the questions thrown at them! I wished I said well done to the staff while I was there. My boys had a great time there.

I never thought of going here before. It was a group organised event, so I came along for the hell of it. It was fun to be a big kid again. It is however harder on the body than you think. I rolled my ankle as it was dark, my legs got a workout from all the squatting.

Great fun for laser tag fun. Be prepared for the heat though whilst playing - not air conditioned. Gathering and table area/rooms air conditioned. Pizza mediocre though.

Booked party of 14 $600. Got there 20 mins early to greet parents after being told on the phone 3 days prior everything was organised. Lady at counter extremely rude. Saying we must bring cards which was not the instructions she gave me over phone. Party was to start at 1,30 but didn’t get going until 2.30 which left 14 7 year old boys noisy and excited! Laser tag was only 10 mins each. 3.15 party was to finish at 3.40. So went to see when they will get their last 2 games of laser tag because they weren’t organising us. Man operating the lasetsge tried telling me they’d had 2 games already which they hadn’t. I had to insist they tag the 2 games together which will take them after their finish time and parents will be coming to pick up. Finally when it came for kids cash in their points for prizes the same lady that greeted so badly once again was again rude to the kids. Kids had fun but I’m really not happy with quality or service as it was $40 per child. Staff or not well matched to service they’re providing to kids.

I love this place. Its so much fun, the two story arena with so many different things you can do and get outside the arena. Awesome

Decent place. Lots of fun, but when one person comes in and camps in the corner of the play field it ruins it for others. Also, as a fan of pinball it was sad to see the glass on the machines was smuged and dirty. Hard to see through.

Wow just an exciting place to take the family. Cafeteria on premises, some undercover parking as well as off street parking. Staff are lovely and so helpful.

Had no expectations when going in with wife and was amazed how much fun it was. Was a quiet Sunday but still did 6 games and recommended going in with a group of six ppl minimum. They have various games available and snacks and drinks. Highly recommend!

Great but a bit outdated and the stuff which you can buy with laser force points were from 2003 I got uno thinking it was a new deck with all the new cards but it was 2003 it’s great fun place but not my go to spot way down my list of go to spots

My daughter had her 10th birthday party 🥳 at Laser Force 🔫 recently and she and her friends loved it...I went for the Birthday Party Package, which included a jug of cordial, a bowl of popcorn on arrival and each child got a small pizza🍕for the first session and then a hotdog 🌭 each with a slushy🥤 for the second session. The kids got to play 5 games and also had a free session in the arcade room. Overall, the kids loved the Laser Tag but it was very expensive at just over $60.00 per child which included the food and drink. Parking is hard to find, especially when we had her birthday party on the same Saturday night that the Brisbane Lions 🦁 were playing at the Gabba 🏟️ and most of the street parking was not permitted and the parking at the center is very limited and hard to get into and out of. The venue is very dated but by all the people there who were having birthday parties and others who were there for a game of Lazer Tag it's a very popular venue.

Kids had lots of fun at a birthday party. Laser tag and winning small prices from games were the perks of this place. The whole could do with a bit of an upgrade. The deco and furnitures were all very dated. Maybe new recipes for the slushies as well, the flavours weren't the best. Especially the grape flavoured slushies, tasted like cough medicine.

Fun, relatively inexpensive experience for birthday parties or other occasions.

This place is brilliant, fantastic, and amazing. I've been going here since I was 9 years old have enjoyed every moment that I've spent here. The staff are super accommodating and really nice to everyone, no matter the disposition. I'm be sure to keep coming for years to come, thanks for the amazing memories yall.

Firstly, wear shorts, it’s hot in there! Surprisingly WAY more fun then I could ever have imagined. Went here for a work outing, I initially was put off by the 1990s style vinyl floors, plastic chairs, and general sparseness, but the staff were great and the laser tag itself took me back to being a little kid running around with my mates in the dark. This’d make a sick bachelor’s party activity.

Great place, amazing centre for laser tag. There were different variations of laser tag we could play, such as free for all, teams, stealth shadow and others. The staff were nice, mini golf was also available, and the arena and course were glow in the dark, including our clothes.

Fantastic attraction for kids and adults alike. It is the home of of Australian laser tag and the arena is the best my kids and I have ever experienced. I remember going as a kid and liked it then and have taken my kids a number of times too. The gear is recently upgraded and yet again it is the benchmark of laser tag equipment. I'd totally recommend this for small groups and large. I'd love to go there with a bunch of friends but I find that generally there's other people to play with. Surprisingly, I went during this covid time and one of my son's and I were the only ones and still had a heap of fun due to the different game types and heaps of special objects in the arena. Oh, there's also a laser maze thing, different arcade games and a putt putt course lit with black lights etc.

I'm abit of a wuss so Laser Skirmish was a better option then paintball and boy did we have fun! Pricing is good and service is better. Thanks for a great day out.

My husband booked our sons birthday here, the morning of his birthday he had & emergency & couldn't take him so I stepped in to take over not really knowing the go. The woman that served us was extremely rude. The only good thing was the younger staff members were more welcoming & explained things much more respectfully. The older lady really needs to improve her customer service skills. The parking around the venue is terrible & dangerous.

PARENT PERSPECTIVE: Have had a few birthday parties here (not me, my three sons!), inviting their entire classes (which got a bit expensive) but in terms of the service and the fun had by the kids, it was outstanding. Arcade is a bit pricey, so if you let the kids run wild, bring your wallet. USER PERSPECTIVE: I played this as a young teen, and loved it. Tried it again as an adult (with my sons) and we had a blast. Some of the magic-dust has rubbed off me, but can safely say the venue is fun for young & old. (In my case very very old, heh)

This is AWESOME for all ages... my boys, 5 & 7, had an absolutely wonderful time. I highly recommend this, even for adults/corporate events. Genuinely, a must do if you haven't yet tried it - Laserforce is brilliant! So many good things to say... it was airconditioned, clean and really well set up - A family business, Janet/Ben, are absolutely lovely people. A special thank you to both of you. We will be seeing you again very soon!

After reading the reviews we were sceptical about going here but we had promised the kids. The staff were fantastic!! They couldn’t of been more accommodating and helpful! So much fun and enjoyable experience! 5*

Great little business and friendly staff but the business itself is a little run down. Does serve alcohol, drinks and food but I didn't get the impression that the staff had been trained in a kitchen. Needs better food options and the games are retro (but not in a good way). Most arcade games are big box and 15 to 20 years old. Probaly would have been better if games were really retro (80's or 90's) that would bring in enthusiasts. But for $25 you can get a game of laser force, 9 holes of mini golf (seriously run down and don't even get score cards), a fun little game where you have to activate sensors on the wall of a closed room while avoiding trip laser beams plus $4 of arcade games. Cheap but the experience could be done a lot better

The staff were very friendly and we had a lot of fun. We played LaserForce and mini golf. I enjoyed them both.

Fantastic as always. Took the kids here for a birthday, I played with them, the arena and equipment are better than ever, while still being nostalgic to the older players. I was particularly impressed that they had my account from 1998 when I was a kid ready to use, with my progress and stats still there! Absolutely amazing that they've kept their database in such good shape over all these years. The addition of a small arcade gives you something nice to do between games while you catch your breath.

Absolutely appalling. Would not recommend to anyone. Poor service, short staffed - which I’d be happy to deal with normally, however the managers attitude was terrible. She was rude, stressed and had a bad attitude and definitely should not work in this industry! Lazer session only runs for 10 mins. Manager insisted that we accompany our children to complete mini golf course as adult supervision - ages 8, 10, 11 & 13yrs old. Will never return ti this business!

Love Laser Force! I used to go to kids birthday parties here in the 90s and early 2000s, now I take my kiddos here and they even kept my stats going all the way back to my first time playing here when I was 10! Sunday night 5-7pm special is awesome.

Really fun, enjoyable place for a kids party. Well set up and being able to bring our own food was really appreciated. Good value too. Will come back.
