    Booked both an x-ray and an MRI, as per my doctor's referral. Went in at and had the MRI, that went fine. Afterwards I was told there are no x-ray technicians available, perhaps I could just go back to the doctor with only the MRI and then ask if I still need an x-ray? Ridiculous. The doctor has already sent me to get an x-ray, that's why I'm here. Then I'll have to come back another time. No explanation for why my x-ray booking was ignored. I guess I'll be making another trip back there for no good reason. Or I could decide that I know better than the doctor and disregard his referral as suggested. PRC it would be great in future if you honour the booking that was made. Additionally, do not suggest to people that they ignore doctor's orders, that is obviously absurd. Neither you nor the patient are in a position to make that call spontaneously, and it could be detrimental by delaying a necessary medical procedure.

    Unless you have hours of spare time to wait in a phone queue (you never actually get through to the clinic, but only the contact centre.... or rather you don't get through), then do yourself a favour and find another provider. Which is usually what you have to do anyway if you are hoping to have a breast lump investigated for example, because while they offer bulk billed services, they don't actually have appointments to provide them (comes under "we are booked up for the next two months and don't have the roster yet for afterwards)

    Rude and cold lady in reception. I got booking Xray and ultra sound in 9 on Wednesday morning only late 12min. She grab the form and complain to us. No smile and bad attitude during the conversation whole time. I apologize and explain the reason why arrived late cause is traffic on leach hwy morning is jammed so hard to drive. she just said let me sit and wait don't know how long. :(

    Rang last week to book appointment and voice recording said the wait time was very long and to book on line. Filled information on line and took photo of referral as per their instructions and it said they would phone me to book the appointment however no phone call only a text message to say to phone them to book. So phoned again and they said wait time was very long so to go on line to book. I know some places are short staffed but this is ridiculous. How about phoning me back as impossible to book on line or on phone.

    Google and website both say bulk billing, drove 45 min each way , just to arrive and be told there’s no bulk billing for MRI as their machine isn’t approved by Medicare??? THIS SHOULD BE IN CLEAR LANGUAGE ON YOUR SITE WHEN BOOKING. No phone call, no notice prior. Really upsetting.

    Radiology techs for my CT scan today displayed really poor communication skills and did not make me feel comfortable and relaxed about the process. I do not recommend this clinic.

    It is clear Perth Radiological Centre (not just Booragoon) has severe staffing issues / management issues/ technological issues and as a result, this company has absolutely no duty of care - there will be many people who are left undiagnosed for longer as a result of this company. Finding a booking is an ordeal, staff act like you are putting them out while they slot you in. Timeslots are for months away and in my case, my appointments were booked in the wrong order and across 3 separate days. No company should run like this, especially not one in the medical field.

    Had a good experience getting in for a late night MRI (after kids were asleep, which was ideal). Just tried to book in for an ultrasound, was told I cannot bring children to the appointment (they would be harnessed in a pram). I don't have any friends or family here so I guess I will have to go elsewhere or just not have a needed ultrasound. Pretty disappointing.

    Just a shout out to Karen from the Booragoon location, went out of her way to find a appointment for my son who has been suffering symptoms from an unknown illness for the last 3 weeks. She even emailed the referring Dr to clarify the test needed and managed to get us in the next day. I have always had great friendly service from this team, from reception to nurse/doctors. Good job guys.

    Had 2 pregnancy ultrasounds here. The average wait for both was 15-20 minutes past our appointment time. But both our sonographers were great - friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I didn’t get the first one’s name, but our second one Jono was very friendly and confident, he made us at ease immediately and answered all our questions. Very happy with both ultrasound experiences.

    Poor information transfer about the ultra sound which relied on reading instructions sent with appointment verification. Staff were hard to understand one softly spoken and another who had a strong accent. Experience more like going to a supermarket than health care.

    PRC does provide a good and professional service, but will only bulk bill certain services if you have a pension card. For self-funded retirees who receive no pension it is necessary to pay full price at the time of service and then wait for a refund from medicare. The out of pocket gap is quite substantial, in my case recently $250.00.

    Made my appointments for a cortisone feet injections at least a month in advance. Two weeks earlier from today I was advised that they had to reschedule as they had no ultrasound technician available for the day. I was happy to assist with rescheduling, something can't be helped. Today, with both my appointments booked for Thursday and Friday this week, I had another call to reschedule because they had no ultrasound technician available again. They reschedule now for mid November. As my referral has run out at the end of Oct, they want me to get another referral from my doctor, book two ultrasounds for each foot on different days then finally get my feet repaired again on two more days. After calling around I found Western Radiology who booked me in tomorrow and Wed...they advised my out of pocket for both feet is $120, Bad Perth Rad are charging out of pocket over $360. shame on you Bad Perth Rad. After speaking with reception this morning I was advised I required at least 4 injections in each foot, news to me!, I now have been advised by Western Radiology that was incorrect and I only required one in each foot. I don't know, Bad Perth Rad, are you trying to pad your coffers to get more money from Medicare, I was getting a bad feeling about this the whole call from Bad Perth Rad. I have to take leave from work again because of their stuff up, I have to pay for a temp to do my office work. I am self employed as a Property Manager, this work requires me to have usable feet. Because of my clear distress I was put on the phone with Deb, who said "we still can not keep your appt as we don't have a room available for the ultrasound, even after explaining the inconvenience there was no assistance." Bad Perth Rad you need to do better, when I make a mistake or stuff anything up, I at least come to the party to assist a resolution or compensation to help out after my mistake. Twice stuffed up shows an internal issue with your staffing or at the very least their training is poor. Do better Bad Perth Rad.

    Great experience. The woman at the desk today was super lovely and kind and did not rush me. The doctor who did my MRI was great too and made me feel comfortable about the MRI process which I was nervous to do, really easy experience. It is great because the doctors and staff obviously have no clue what I’ve been through and the unanswered questions for years I’ve had and the frustrating repetitive doctor visits to multiple places, and this was something I was a little nervous to do today - thank you for making my experience easy and comfortable. I live quite far and this was worth the drive for me.

    I had an appointment for an ultrasound recently, I’ve never had an ultrasound before & it was also a slightly worrying area that needed to be screened, so I was a little nervous. The receptionist that signed me in was absolutely lovely & as soon as we started speaking I was already feeling more at ease. Sign in was fast, and I was directed to another waiting area quite quickly. I would have only been waiting for 5 minutes before the ultrasound technician called me through and got me set up. She was also extremely lovely & made me feel completely comfortable. I left feeling so at ease! The whole appointment was a breeze. Results were sent back to my GP within 2 days, having them back so quickly was great. I’d definitely recommend this clinic.

    Staff were warm, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to provide phenomenal service not only to myself but several other people while I waited. If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would. Could not recommend this place any higher!!!!!!!

    Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars to rate this service. I called to get a same day appointment for an ultrasound knowing that these are usually fully booked, clearly stating I wanted to move an appointment from next week to this week. I was told I could take my son to Midland as there was an available spot today, which was great. I travelled 45mins to Midland and was told the appointment had been made for next week and there is nothing available, then we set off on the 45min journey home to complete the 90min+ round trip. Thanks PRC, it was an awesome waste of an afternoon. Called SKG Radiology when I got home, they actually pick up the phone straight away, they will be my go to from now on.

    Very neat and clean place,friendly staff. Always had a positive experience while visiting Booragoon location it has never disappointed. Special thanks to Jack who did my ultrasound, very knowledgeable and amazing. He guided me during my whole appointment. Very impressed with his service. All the best and you are amazing👍🏻👍🏻

    Sitting in waiting room watching 3 people on 1 computer, I went to the desk, they whispered to each other, and didn't really address me, two other people talking while the line is backing up. Very unprofessional

    I had to have two separate procedures and from the moment I arrived to when I finished I was treated with the utmost respect and efficiency. My appointment was on time and I was out within 40 minutes. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

    All of the staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful, from the front counter staff to the radiographer. Made me feel very at ease with my scan! Great service and experience
