Perfect way to spend a day! Jimmy was awesome. He was friendly, had a great sense of humor and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The wineries and food pairings (cooked by Jimmy himself) were top notch. A must for visitors or for anyone wanting a great day in the Hunter Valley.

Two of us did this tour with Jimmy a couple of days ago (Feb 2023) and it was excellent! Comfortable and scenic journey, terrific fun, fantastic food. Jimmy works really hard to ensure everyone has a great time. Three boutique vineyards gave us excellent tasting experiences and Jimmy’s food exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend.

One of the most amazing wine tour experiences we’ve ever had, Jimmy is personable, great at his craft (cooking and tourguiding) and knowledgeable , visiting boutique wineries gave us a more personalised experience and more knowledge on wine were imparted, Jimmy has a close relationship with the wineries and going on his tour meant VIP treatment from the wineries.

A brilliant day! We loved making our own sushi with the fresh ingredients from the fish market. All day, Jimmy provided outstanding dishes to complement the very enjoyable wines we tasted at three boutique wineries. Jimmy was super-organised and had thought of every detail. Although we went out on one of the wettest days on record, this really didn't affect our enjoyment. Thank you so much Jimmy.

Highly recommended gourmet wine tour to the Hunter! You travel to Sydney Fish Market, grab some fish, learn to make sushi next to Hawkesbury River, have some good wine and food pairing. Highly recommend to get out of the city.

I made the fortunate choice of going with the Hunter Valley tour hosted by Jimmy. It was incredibly well done. The smallest details were thought out, making the logistics part easy. The food was fantastic, and of course the wine was delicious. Everything from the short walk to breakfast, rolling our own sushi, seeing the wildlife - there was nothing to even give constructive feedback about! Pretty sure it comes close to a perfect day for me. And to top of off, the other guests made great company to be touring with.

I loved the Hunter Valley tour with Jimmy! He pays a lot of attention to detail and you notice throughout the day that he wants to create a special experience for his customers. The food was super nice and I also liked all wineries a lot. Visits to the 2nd and 3rd felt a bit rushed, but I understand that given how much is fit into one day.

My wife and I attend this tour three days ago. It was fantastic. We did the Hunter Valley tour. Jimmy was an excellent host and made the tour awesome. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He is also an AMAZING chef! The food he served us was fantastic and paired perfectly with the different wines we were sampling. The next bit of information is more relevant to the time of this post. There was no issues nor any danger of the wild fires during this tour, please do not let that stop you from enjoying this adventure. There was limited to no smoke impact in majority of our views and did not impact our time at all. Jimmy took care to ensure that all of the passengers were safe and felt safe.

Jimmy is a gentleman and a terrific chef. Our group of 7 had a great experience in the Hunter Valley. The wine was great and Jimmy’s food was a perfect match!
