    This post office doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Do yourself a favour and go to another post office, do not waste your time going here! Absolute disgusting customer service. The staff members are rude and do not have any form of customer service skills. The way they spoke to myself and another gentleman who was in front of me was absolutely appalling. Shame on the two female staff members there, they desperately need training on basic manners and customer service.

    The worst post office I've ever been to. Staff are incredibly unhelpful and don't like to work at all. The silliest processes in place to make it extra hard even for the most simplest tasks. Avoid Australia post they are over priced. Courier please is so much better to deal with.

    Staff rude and lacking basic people skills..they refused to lodge a passport application because it was "30 minutes to close" when I asked how long the process took he said "depending on who you get 10-15 minutes". Entirely unhelpful, I still do not understand why it couldn't be done. Went to the post office on Wells road in Frankston. They took 10 minutes, were happy for a walk in, friendly staff a joyful experience - it was a stark contrast. If you need your passport done, I'd choose Wells Rd post office and avoid Carrum downs at any cost.

    Blonde lady working at the store delivers horrible customer service. It’s worth driving to the next post office to avoid this women. Really upsetting as it’s my local store!

    Had the most horrible customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life by the blonde lady serving . She was so cold, unfriendly and unhelpful , I ultimately left in tears out of frustration . Went down the road to Frankston where the employee helped me in under 5 minutes . Simple task and she was adamant not to assist . Should not be in customer service .

    Long wait (I’ll say more than 5min but less than 10min) only to be told I didn’t get in early enough to process high risk license, because it was quarter to 5... By time I was back to car it was 4.44 so that was a surprise(had left phone in car). I will bet this photo, signature and payment will take less than 10 minutes, just all too hard for them on a Friday afternoon.. I know I was on the limit and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t... Note to self keep my expectations low so not to be disappointed 😁

    The staff here in this LPO is afraid of processing passport applications because they don't want to hold any responsibilities for checking your identity. They will always make your passport application complicated and tell you that you are missing certain information or the signature you (or your wife or whoever in the application but not physically in the post office) provided is not good enough. They force you to lodge your application elsewhere. I submitted the same paperwork at another post office and got my son's passport application accepted. They only do easy and simple transactions. What a smart way of making easy money.

    Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Tried to lodge passport application and was told it has to be filled out in black ink, went back after reprinting and was told that “it would take too long” and “we close in 10 minutes”. Worst customer service.

    Blonde woman, very rude. Don't do your passport here, they're unreasonable and just overall terrible in service, find another post office to do it. It'll be a much smoother process.

    Doing their best to make your day more difficult without considering anyone else’s situation. Honestly sooner or later Australia post will evaluate their staff and locations and I can’t wait to participate. What comes around goes around.

    Frank didn’t accept my government issued NSW digital drivers license claiming that I am not who I am and could be committing identity fraud. So the police are happy to accept my license but somehow Frank from Australia Post cannot. He refused to give me my parcel

    Unfortunately, there isn't a half a star or less for this review. Checked on google for opening hours! Which was shown as 9am -5pm Friday. Rolled up at 4.30pm from a long drive to be greeted with small notice on the roller door closed for NBN renovations, will open the following week. Then was explained via a small hole in the closed roller door i assume from a staff member we don't have notification on the web. But the web advises your open for business please explain? Best way to lose customers, yet another poor result from Australian Post.

    Quite literally never answer their phone, i have worked in this area for a year now and every single time i have tried to call them over the past year, it rings for 20 seconds then goes to voicemail, i don’t understand why they don’t answer phone calls

    Absolutely terrible experience. Staff don't even seem to know simple processes and refuse to help. Very rude as well. Never been to an Auspost as terrible as this one. Just head down to the next closest one because this one is just going to waste your time.

    Went to get high risk license done today, very friendly young man. Don’t understand why people gave low rating. Actually most staff in post office are helpful.

    The team at this post office are hard working and always helpful, well informed, polite and friendly. They have been working under extremely hard and demanding conditions during covid. We all need to take a deep breath and give the staff in all our shops a bit of a break. Keep up the good work guys and gals

    Avoid this post office at all costs. We filled out a passport application and one of the staff told us our ID was invalid for our application, even though it was valid on the official government website. Not sure when AUSPost became a governing power in Australia and had more of a say than the government, but here we are. He told us because of our ID issues, the turnaround on a passport would be about 1-2 months. We then went to another AUSPost, filled out an application, and got our passports in 3 days. Avoid this place, they're a joke.

    Staff (especially the lady with the blonde hair) were amazing and understanding with me throughout my passport application, especially when I misread the paperwork and was wrong, she took the time and explained the process.

    Sad bunch of workers. My passport application was rejected by a man at this location, foutain gate staff said he was full of it and processed it for me. Just go to another location because they do not want to help anyone nor do they want to help resolve any issues. The staff here need serious formal training.

    Like the many reviews in here their staff need proper training, I went to this store to collect money that was send to me through western union the blond lady refused to give me the money because my mom wrote my full name like she always does (I have 3 names and a last name) and my drivers license shows my first name and last name in full and me second and third name is only the first initial, she said because is only the initial and not the full name I can’t give the money. I informed her that I been getting money for the past 10 years with my drivers license and never had any problems she flat out refused, I had to drive to another post office got my money without any problems.
