    I had attended the store today during the non busy hours. Working my way throughout the 3 different levels, and hadn’t been given any help, only side glances as staff walked past me. On the plus side, they have added more female clothing, but I wasn’t attended to with finding what I wanted. Staff seemed a little stand offish.

    I've shopped at this store for a while now and have bought a fair few shirts and caps but I'm never coming back after today's experience. I bought a shirt back in April, it looked fine in store so I took it home, I didn't end up trying the shirt on at home till early June as I had Covid and was in an out of hospital. Once I tried on the shirt it was apparent that there was a big hole on the neck line of the shirt. So I took it back to the store expecting a refund as the product was obviously faulty. So I went back to the store in the city and the first woman I spoke to behind the counter was friendly, she checked the shirt and said it was faulty, she then went and asked another employee about what to do with the returns, the other employee came over and I explained the situation again. I calmy asked for a refund as the product was defective, however unlike his co worker he was incredibly rude. He looked at the product, agreed it was faulty but said he wouldn't give me a refund because I hadn't returned it within 30 days, I explained I had been sick and would have returned it earlier if I had the ability and I calmly told him that under consumer Law in Australia that dates are not applicable to products that are faulty and that it only applies to a change of mind, he scoffed and without any explanation just said no. I then asked what he proposed, he then said that I could only exchange it. So I asked if this meant I could have a gift card but he flat out said no and that I had to select an item/s that worked out to the same price as the 60 dollar shirt I bought and that I had till the store closed. This only gave me 20 minutes as the store was closing. I frantically rushed around just grabbing stuff I didn't even really need just so I wouldn't be stuck with a 60 dollar shirt with a giant hole. I raced to the counter and the same employee was needlessly rude and to add insult to injury gave me a free deck of playing cards saying "I'll just chuck these in for free" like somehow a 50 cent packet of playing cards would magically make everything alright. I remained calm and was completely respectful through the whole interaction so I'm unsure why I was treated with such disdain. I don't even care about an apology I just want my money back. I would definitely not recommend this place if this is how they treat refunds, I can only imagine how bad this could have been if I had bought a much more expensive item that was defective.

    Great selection of shoes and clothing, helpful staff. Have seen the shoe/cap vending machine being used hundreds of times but have never seen anyone win it 🤣🤣 Would be nice if things on sales were more easily marked, but still very good. Great music.

    Rude bunch of Bruno Mars wannabes. Knew exactly what I wanted but was totally ignored when waiting to be served. Being a beta cuck isn't a great look for your store, get better staff

    I have been to this shop so many times and bought shirts and jackets, but today was a horrible experience. Upon entering the shop, this blonde lady staff at the counter asked me to leave my bag by the window while I go inside and do my shopping. I told her I can’t leave my bag there as I brought my work laptop with me as I work in IT/Telecom. She insisted that i leave my bag in the counter as she’s staying there. I felt offended by the act of this particular staff as she was thinking that I will steal from the shop. It’s the first time ever that I experienced this, no shops has asked me to do this ever. As my desired jacket is not available in the shop, as confirmed by the other male staff at the counter when he checked in the system, I left. I did not have time to argue with that rude blonde lady staff as I was in a hurry to go home. I hope the management will do something about this, maybe give this lady the proper training for providing good customer service! Other staff I have dealt with in the past were friendly and approachable. Mark-IT/Telecom

    The short brown haired girl that works there is beyond rude. From the look up and down when my partner and I walked in. To the eye roll when we decided not to buy an item we called and put on hold. Very unhappy with customer service - won't be returning

    Ian is the absolute nicest employee at culture kings, spent over an hour helping my partner piece together a nice outfit, very helpful and knowledgeable with fashion, ask for Ian when you shop at culture kings, honestly can’t go wrong

    Couldn't be more disappointed and disgusted. Purchased shoes online, received an email stating there was a security issue and required to send a screenshot of the payment from my banking app and an alternative email. Sent these back only to be told my order has been cancelled and the money returned but I could still ship with them, using pay pal. I go back to their website to find that the price had increased from $175 to $215. This is within one day, and the site still had them "on sale". Be very careful with this outlet. I have never had any trouble purchasing anything online ever. This seems like a wrought if you ask me. Scam

    I like the store, but I don't like loud music and the atmosphere gives me anxiety due to how loud the music is, but in some occasions celebrities will come here and events that can give you a chance to win a rare sneaker. Overall is not a bad place if you want some fun, but for my experience I'm not used to loud place and its give me anxiety

    All seemed well initially, I purchased the shoes I wanted and the payment went through. After receiving the shoes I wanted, I found out the size I ordered was to small so I issued a refund, to which Culture kings were extremely helpful with ( or so I thought.) I shipped the shoes back ( they were in perfect condition mind you, just too small) and paid for the shipping fee. I got notification that the company had reviewed and approved my shoes, to which I was extremely happy about. When I receive the shoes again, the sizing was perfect however the CONDITION of these shoes were HORRIBLE. As you can see in the attached photos, there were patches of the shoe MISSING and they were all torn up on the sides. The 'air' logo was completely damaged. From someone paying a total of 270$ for brand new shoes, i'd expect them to be in perfect condition. WON'T BE COMING BACK!!!

    Very disappointed with the customer service from some of the staff. While some greet you and help you with sizes some others (specially the girls at the bottom level) don’t even bother to say hello or ask if you need help. I would’ve walked out with a big sale but decided not to buy anything due to the lack of care and customer service. I work in retail full time and I can acknowledge when the store is busy and sometimes staff can get yo everyone but this particular staff member was right in front of me while I was looking at the jewellery and didn’t even bother saying hello at 2:30pm on a Wednesday. Not just for me but for any future customer that comes in store I think we would appreciate more care and greetings from staff, a simple smile can go a long way.

    Tried to purchase a pair of slides yesterday from Culture Kings Brisbane, they were marked down to $24.95, the counter girl charged me $39.95, I replied and said that's incorrect, she said I told you the price, who the hell can hear anything in this place it so loud, she was reluctant to give my money back, so I went upstairs to grab the slide just to prove her wrong, she wasn't bothered, I said will you honour the price marked on the slide. Nope. Got my money and walked out, I will never return, -10 for customer service, I told my whole family don't buy from these types of shops.

    Hey Culture Kings crew, I wanted to say " Thank you " because I've had an excellent customer service which means the staff member were very helpful and nice with me 🙂. There is a section for women where I found a fancy shirt from the brand " CARRÉ ". Hopefully, one day, you'll sell 2pac and Aaliyah shirts. PS : I loved the ambiance with hip pop and rnb old school music 🎶. Take care 😉.

    Disappointed with the salesman… i think his name was connaire….he didnt have any quality of being a salesman and was rude and unprofessional while i was asking questions…. Whenever i had a doubt and asked him, he laughed in an obnoxious manner…. While purchasing my thing he acted as if he was doing me a big favor Never going back in that store again

    We are visiting from the north and my son was super excited to be able to go to the big shops in Brissy- especially Culture Kings. The staff were rude and ignorant, when he asked a a question they laughed and looked at him like he was stupid and said yeah over there, bye. I would not lower myself to put them in their place- customer service was appalling and i was so disappointed for him that he couldn't enjoy the experience.

    Probably some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in a retail store. The 2 young guys in there Friday 1st December around 11-1140 am were nothing more than friendly and helpful. Better customer service than LV or Gucci TBH. Thats where those two guys should be working.

    Went to Culture Kings yesterday in Brisbane with my soon to be 20 yr old for birthday present(s). Got served by the most amazing guy (a kiwi) and so sorry I didn't his name. He had the best customer service, kept checking on me as I sat down and my 20 yr old wandered the store. I even ended up buying a beautiful pair of addidas sneakers with white velvet and silver metal heels along with my 20 yr old numerous purchases. We had a great time. 👍

    Absolute rip off charging $8.95 to get a refund for something purchased online! They don't accept in-store exchanges or returns for online purchases. For an item that was $14.95, I would get a $6 refund, less than half of what I actually paid. First and last time purchasing from them.

    Bought a whole bunch of stuff of CK recently, pretty solid (Though was under the impression you'd get all of the 'NotForSale' items if you spent more, turns out you don't - you just get the maxed item I guess? Spent like $800 and only got the '$500+' item & not the others, but eh, free stuff, cant complain

    I went in to this store last Friday as my friend needed to buy some things for her sons. I was really impressed at how lovely the staff were. They were very helpful and patient and were genuinely kind. There’s a wall of caps, the stairs have an artwork projection (I think), there’s a machine where you can try your luck at winning a pair of shoes and there are three levels of stylish clothes, footwear, caps and jewellery. The furniture where you sit when trying on shoes is also really comfortable. It’s a very nice store, certainly one of the most interesting I have ever visited.

    Went into the store tonight to have a look at hats. The woman and bloke who helped me with sizing and served me were awesome. Super happy with there friendliness and welcoming attitude. Will definately go back when i want to buy another. Very happy : ) Love the hall wall! 🤩

    Worst store in Brisbane. Was instore for about 15 mins and was not asked once if we needed help even from the 4 people standing behind us while we were looking at hats to buy they were at the counter to busy talking about the weekend. Was keen to buy up ready for the new year but taking the money somewhere else now.

    Product and price was good ,service was poor at shoe section.Staff knowledge was not good about other items.We wanted to know a ring size of my grandson ,as we wanted to order some ring from website before and we couldn’t with out knowing a ring size .We been told we need to go to the jewellery shop for that . However we ended up going to see some jewellery in the shop,luckily as the shop assistant was excellent and helpful.He also been able to measure my grandson ring size.Fantastic service from him.
