This place has changed my life. I've suffered from severe shoulder pain for 10+ years. Had surgery, countless chiro, physios, cortisone injections you name it. After 3 sessions of accupuncture I'm almost pain free which sometimes doesn't feel real. I've been seeing Dr Jack, I love him. He's really gentle, caring and knows his stuff. I hate needles but he makes the process very comforting. The lady who's always at the reception is so nice. We always have great chats and she is always a pleasure to talk too. After a recent back injury sustained at work and having intense physiotherapy multiple times a week for months with limited progress I was willing to try anything to alleviate the constant pain I was in. I have never tried accupuncture but after reading articles on the success that accupuncture had provided to people with L5/S1 disc problems I contacted New Health Chinese Medicine at Carlingford for help and I'm very happy I did. Dr Zhu and the team at New Health have been very helpful and supportive during my recovery and I now believe that accupuncture and cupping has been an integral part of my rehabilitation and thoroughly recommend anyone who is suffering prolonged aches and pains to give it a go!

Dr Liu or Angela Liu is great for asthma and coughing. She treated it really well and the medicine was made in store. The herbal medicine worked really well. Would recommend.

I have been visiting this clinic for more than 6 months, always booking appointments with Dr Hongshi Liu. The improvements are clearly noticeable: I am now more energetic and positive. Recommend to those who wanna make a difference for their general well-being. This practice offers lots of options for Chinese herbalism: you can chose to take the herbs home to prepare yourself, or they can prepare the decoction for you. You can even choose the dry powder version to make consuming even more convenient.

I saw Angela for a couple of acupuncture sessions to treat my spondylosis and nerve pain I was suffering for a number of years. Angela made sure that she understood my problem areas with a high sense of genuine care. The great news is that after two sessions my nerve pain has gone away, and I can walk and stand without any discomfort. Truly amazing, I wish I came to see her sooner. I am so thankful!! I highly recommend anyone visit here if considering Chinese medicine or treatment. My wife got severe dermatitis and didn't get improved by using huge amount of betamethasone. By visiting here roughly 10 times, she was 90% cured with zero steroid use. My wife's treatment is still in progress, hopefully she will 100% good in the near future.

I can only speak words of praise for the care that I have received from Gloria Zhao. She listens, observes, asks questions in a gentle bedside manner, explains what is the issue and then treats! The results have been fantastic. The relief from pain from my arthritis and other conditions without drugs has been a revelation. At the end of each treatment, she gives me a massage and I feel that I could float out of the treatment room. I am so grateful to Gloria for her stellar treatments.

Came in asking what tea they recommended for a pregnant mother. The response I got was “ why do you want to drink tea? For what reason, if you want to drink tea just buy any tea”. And a frustrated and annoyed look on her face. Which I responded with what was safe for a pregnant mum. To which I was directed to just go to the grocery store to buy tea if that was all I was after. Which is funny since the signs out the front say they look after womens health on all aspects. So that’s questionable. Service and care was 0 to none and the lady was extremely rude. Would definitely not be recommending this place and their level of service and care. Eastwood Chinese medicine shops are lot better service wise and customer service .

For the past 5 year I have experienced sever period pain, in some cases I cannot walk because the pain is so great, I even lost my job on a few occasions because too much time off. Pain killers would never even touch the pain. Today I came to see practitioner Jack and in one session of acupuncture my period pain was gone and my energy returned. Highly recommend acupuncture as a fast relief from pain. So grateful for Chinese medicine.
