Nice to have a department store so close with our young family. The quality is never fantastic. But that is the sacrifice for cheaper items that the kids will grow out of quickly anyway. I do wonder about the poor overseas workers who make the clothes and I hope that they are treated well. Would be nice to be able to bring back clothes that have been outgrown to be given to the children of the workers who made them.

We would like to thank Lisa from Heritage Bank at Kmart Plaza Toowoomba for all her help. Lisa completed a deceased estate for my sister and I. Going through this was hard enough but Lisa was brillant and made everything easier for us. Lisa completed all tasks and kept us to date with each step of the process. Which made it less stressful. We are aware there were other people from Heritage bank involved in this so we thank them as well. Totally recommend Heritage for your banking needs.

Kmart always gets 5 stars! Hahah. I don't go with a list as Kmart tells me what I need. Great location, easy to access and seems to always have more stock than grand central.

There are many different types of things to choose from in the centre and what l am happy 😊 😃 is the best way of getting bargains is many shops to choose from 🚶‍♀️ 🚶

Tidy and clean with super friendly staff. I generally have know idea which registers to go to or in which direction but I can be a bit like Kramer from Seinfeld in that respect.

Had ordered a product online for collection. The product wasn't ready, but the manager immediately despatched staff to organise this for us. Wow, that's customer service. He then contacted the staff at the door to advise we were leaving... just a great example of next level customer service, thanks Cory. Even as we were leaving, the staff were giving us helpful advice. Well done team.

Kmart out on Ruthven St staff was super helpful and it wasn't too hard to help us find what we were looking for. The one at Grand Central not same.... when we asked young girl to help she was not impressed, sauntered to a counter, looked up item and actually said we have negative 12 in stock...WT?? Asked when would they be likely to get more & does that mean there are 12 orders pending....and she was well i don't know!! 😳 What do you know!!

ok shop and nice workers but customer service is little bit bad so practice is good

My experience albiet brief was a pleasant one. Person greeter was welcoming and knew where the products were within the store, saving a considerable amount of time. Prices were also pretty reasonable for the quality.

Great array of stores. Plenty of parking in a tidy fashion. Not the biggest complex, but great for locals or popping in on the way through to other locals.

Very good store to shop in. Close to entrance. Well laid out. Ample under cover parking.

The check out though it was a good time to have a 45mins chat and not services the customers ,so had to do two trolleys threw self serve, Kmart pick up your Act

Ordered some calendars yesterday expecting that I would have to come back following day to collect but the lovely staff member (Tanika I think was her name) said that if I didn't mind waiting she would process them straight away :) even though customers appeared from everywhere she processed them quite quickly for me. Lovely customer service

A much more accessible kmart than grand Central and often has more discounted items . Quicker check out times

Seems outdated & it's impossible to find what you are looking for in kmart, and there are never staff around when you need one. Plenty of parking. And some undercover.
