Horrible customer service from two staff members! Very bad attitudes and when politely asked if they had missed something in my order - I was told ‘you didn’t ask for that’ I had asked if I could have the two staff members names At the end of the service and was given the silent treatment. The company needs to re-evaluate their staff - they are extremely rude!

The food was lovely but really not worth waiting 20 minutes for two kabobs and two $10 special chicken bowls. When I mentioned the wait time the girl just smiled and shrugged her shoulders. At one stage of my wait the three girls all stopped what they were doing and pointed to someone in the food court and started having a conversation for sometime before stating on orders again. I won’t be back and would not recommend to anyone. Such a shame as the food is really good, worst service ever.

Not an enjoyable experience. I ordered a Doner kebab with tabouilli and cheese as extra. What I received was a cutdown version. They had left out the usual salad for starters. They put the tiniest bit (barely noticeable of taboulli and the same with the cheese, hardly any and charged me $2 extra to rip me off. To top it off the taste was not very pleasant like when I have had other kebabs. It tasted really oily and stale. I never enjoyed it at all. I cannot recommend this one at all. Terrible value for money, $13 for a tiny amount of ingredients! Shocking to rip people off in this day and age!

Younger staff , a smile and nice customer service didn't cost anything, try it.

Paying the price we paid you get barely no meat or salad just sauce. Don't waste your time or money. First and last time

After waiting over 30 minutes for my order i bit into the kebab and noticed that the staff didn’t pay attention, I asked for an item not to be added, they didn’t listen and I ended up extremely I’ll most of the night. I approached the staff and informed them, their reply was “it’s lunch, we’re busy”. I’ll never go there again.

How can it be that a company that makes their money on selling meat refuse to make an option for meat only? I was trying to explain to the server that i do not eat salad or chips (dietary) "Well, you cannot buy just meat, you have to choose salad or chips". Probably the only kebab place that has no "meat only" option

Food court setting usually busy. My kebab was very ordinary. Would not buy again.

I ordered a lamb kebab and for me its the worst lamb kebab of my life the sauces i said to staff they didn’t put on and even the lettuce is bit smelly when i am eating the kebab

The meal that I had was the mini meat box of lamb and beef. It was seriously the worst meal I have had in a very long time. No flavour tasted terrible and it ended up in the bin. You really need to address the quality of your meals. The staff have no customer service skills they are rude when you ask a simple question like what sauces, instead of showing you the list. I will not be back one star is being generous

Don't do it! Way, way too much sauce, my kebab hit the grill for at most a minute and it was poorly wrapped which with the mountain of sauce made it very messy. My single serviette was not nearly enough. I got a meal with hot chips and a drink. The chips were anything but hot and also undercooked. The only decent part of the meal was the drink...not a nice experience at all.

The food was very good, most of the staff friendly. However the lady taking the order (Jen) was very impatient & snappy, obviously it was the end of her shift and wanted to go home!

Very average kebab, served up 7 dollar large chips that were half cooked and had been sitting there for at least and hour, and could even be bothered to hand some napkins over. Got one when asked for some for four meals. And to top it off, you need to pay extra for jalapenos. Try else where

Took 20 minutes to even start making my meal (meat box, precooked chips and precooked meat in a box). This was outside of peak time, three people working but only one making food.

Not much meat and way too much sauce, very sickly. Obviously not learnt as others have commented on the amount of sauce as well. Staff seem totally disinterested, they must really love their jobs. Won't be coming here again.
