    Everybody I dealt with seemed reasonable & professional except for the woman in reception I had to deal with twice. Her manner was very unapproachable and unfriendly, making a difficult experience even more unpleasant. I will choose a different branch If I need to use their services again.

    Coffs Harbour I-Med if i could split this rating between the professional staff I would probably make it: 4 -5 Stars for the Ultra sound technician 0-1 star for the switchboard/administration. When I first made my booking the women that answered the phone was curt bordering on rude. I was clearly supposed to know how their practise worked despite having never been there before. After my US I was told I would be contacted as to when I could come in for a US guided injection. 12 Days later, having heard nothing I rang back to enquire when my follow uo appointment would be , only to be curtly told that I was was on the list and they had no idea when I would be called back. Tact, compassion and good manners equal zero.. And it is now another two weeks and I have heard SFA from IMED about when I may get my procedure- and my hip still hurts...pathetic service and administration. Now almost six weeks from when I had my ultra sound and despite sending an email to IMED I am yet to hear anything back, other than the wishy washy response to this review. Does this company have any quality procedures? Ps my hip continues to hurt 😠

    Disgusting service. Not prepared to be compassionate if something goes wrong and running 15 mins late. Drove 45 mins one way and they cancelled my appointment on arrival for being 15 mins late. I was so upset and furious with their bad service. We are forever waiting on these people when they are late.

    I-Med Port Macquarie don't offer Breast Screening/ Mammograms so book you into Coffs Harbour (160km away) without advising until the last minute, and then don't tell you which of the two Coffs clinics. I had to look up I-Med Coffs myself to get the address and only then found out there were two clinics. Tried to ring them to cancel the appointment but they don't answer their phone 😒 Waited ages for the callback, and it seems that they use an overseas call centre instead of local staff

    Imed network appointment system complete and utter joke My doctor faxed referral with request to Coffs Harbour on 7th January. It took them till the 29th to get back to me . Only to tell me that they can't see me for another 3 months . Poor poor poor .

    Incredibly hit and miss - one trip/call you'll get great service. The next it will be terrible, esp on the phone. The other provider in town is a far more consistent quality experience when the choice is there.

    I sit here watching unfriendly and impatient staff (f). The way they treat elderly patrons is far from kind. Maybe senior management could offer some advice on personal skills to their counter staff.

    Rude receptionists! I am not one to go out of my way to post a negative review but the women at the front desk and answering phones are unnecessarily snappy. Also, I was told that the walk ins get preference over appointments. Super frustrating when you are trying to plan your day with a newborn. The vibe is that they don’t value people’s time.

    Since the beginning of the year have had 2 messages from them each more nasty than the last all from a procedure I had in April of last year which I paid my share but happy new year to me , I MED is threatening me with further action even though I've been to Medicare got the paperwork to state that they were paid yet here's my 3 nasty message thanks , I'd not recommend them wait times are out of control , staff attitude needs readjusting ( it's called a smile ) and to tell me to pay or else how rude how much more do you want from my carers pension, so 15 days 3 messages 🤷‍♀️

    Had to call several times as the phone wouldn’t recognise my birthdate when trying to make an appointment. Tried again to get to speak to a real person to report fault……on hold for about 12 mins then reception passed me onto appointments, on hold for another 10 mins or so only to be given incorrect email address to forward my MRI referral. I swore I would never go back a few years ago due to rude receptionist but thought I would give them another go.

    I Had an appointment at 0845 today (24 Nov) for a chest X-Ray. Was in on time and out with my X-Rays in 15 minutes. Superb service from the receptionist to the Radiologist. This is my third visit to this location and each visit has been conducted in an extremely professional and friendly manner. Well done.

    Lumbar Injections 21 May 2021 staff and doctor so professional also 27 May MRI at 7pm Thursday night again Reception was great (by the way you asked what aftershave it was Obsession)technician was excellent totally recommend IMED

    Rude, unfriendly and disinterested reception staff at IMed! Thoroughly recommend not wasting your time here and going to see the lovely accomodating team at Beachside radiology

    Spoke to Kylie at imed west high street today re a quote and booking for MRI scan of the head today. Most notable was that i felt imediatetly comfortable and cared for. I felt a sense of agency and respect from her which comparative to the local competition in town was hugely comforting. Easy to book in. Wasnt on hold for long. More helpfull. Respectfull and treated me as if i was intelligent. More transparent about billing. Would implore anyone i cared about to go here rather than the competition, who left me feeling out of my depth, disregarded and bordered on deception in regards to billing transparency. I also have 9 unanswered calls to br over the last 3 weeks.....i could go on. Thankyou Kylie. I should have inquired with you earlier. 👍👍👍
