If I could put a 0 star I would. Staff had no clue what was happening. I waited for over an hour for a simple drug and alcohol test. Highly recommend to steer clear of this clinic. Not worth it.

I was a bit apprehensive about coming here after seekng all the bad reviews. Personally I found them very professional. The nurse, doctor and reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the appointment was done in a timely manner.

1 staff member was pushy rude and abrupt in her approach especially when to the hearing test, my last hearing test when fine at a different place 1 year ago. Need to create a relaxed atmosphere for hearing test’s to get an accurate result.

Excellent service, wonderful staff who are always helpful and kind. Sharlene is fantastic!!! And the rest of the ladies, Mel, Cydney, and everyone!!! They're all friendly and accommodating. Knowing how busy the clinic is, I am always impressed with the service that they deliver. You ladies are amazing!!!! Keep up the great work!!!

1 hr wait for a standard alcohol and drug test, not good

If I could give 0 stars I would!. 6 years ago one of their nurses didn't follow protocol and immunised me for q fever despite me being on the register as already vaccinated. The doctor apologised and said it would never happen again... well that sorry hasn't helped me and my two children very much considering I have just accepted the fact that now I can't work ever, im not the same strong healthy person I was. I can't provide for my kids no more. And im always sick. Not just my life has been ruined but my kids life has been ruined too! I constantly live with q fever symptoms, I can't work, I can only just provide the basics for my kids while your company makes profit... I need help taking these guys to court!!! Reach out and rectify your mistakes. Or does your company have no heart!? I have the card that confirms the second immunisation... date it happened and doctors signature are on the other side

The worst. Have one star because I couldn’t leave no stars. I had to leave, without having a test done that I needed to continue working, because they wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and go to my own Doctor who wrote a letter that I took back to them. The test was finally completed after 4 hours of being stuffed around. These people have no idea what they are doing.

The wait is unnecessary. If you can’t run a medical practice on scheduled examinations the way they do, then the level of incompetence when it really matters is dangerous. Prescheduled medical, stomach bug last night meant I got no sleep. I’m dehydrated and have a big drive home after. Still sitting here 2 hours later.

Good place to go if you don't have anything else to do that day. Don't stress if you're running late for an appointment because you'll have to wait 2 hours anyway. Lucky the aircon isn't very good otherwise you would get comfortable. One star because the people were nice.

Over 3 hrs in the waiting room for medical ... don't use this place at all very unorganised and try to trick ppl to disclosing medical information when they have no right to know
