They
offer
free
shipping
on
orders
over
$100
&
also
offer
5-day
express
delivery
for
an
additional
charge.
I
took
the
5-day
delivery
option
&
paid
extra
to
receive
my
gifts
in
time
although
my
order
was
over
$100.
On
the
5th
day,
I
had
not
received
my
delivery;
the
tracking
showed
as
being
processed.
Every
time
I
called
their
customer
service
line
(during
business
hours)
I
received
a
message
saying
they
were
off-line
and
to
send
an
email.
I
received
a
response
explaining
to
me
what
5
business
days
meant
and
that
they
were
very
busy
filling
other
orders.
I
was
told
my
order
would
be
shipped
the
following
day
(6th
business
day).
It
was
not
shipped
the
following
day
&
my
order
still
showed
as
processing.
I
could
not
get
through
to
talk
to
customer
service
(all
off-line
during
business
hours).
Left
a
message,
which
was
not
answered,
and
an
email.
I
received
my
order
10
days
after
I
had
ordered.
No
refund
of
the
additional
5-day
delivery
charge
&
no
apology
or
explanation
for
the
lateness
apart
from
another
email
excusing
themselves
because
they
are
busy
at
this
time
of
the
year
and
a
link
to
their
shipping
terms,
which
apparently
allow
them
not
to
adhere
to
their
5-day
express
delivery
service.
Terrible
customer
service,
&
I
feel
they
have
taken
money
for
a
service
offered
and
could
not
commit
to
by
a
near
margin;
not
5
days
overdue.
My
first
experience
with
them
and
the
last
-
a
shame,
as
the
gifts
turned
out
beautifully,
but
I
could
not
gift
some
of
them
as
they
were
received
late.
