I was required to attend jobfit for a recent pre employment medical. Honesty it was the most unprofessional experience i have every had. The company never received the results until more than 2 weeks after medical was completed and only because i had chased it up with jobfit. No communicate whats so ever. I would not recommend.

The worst job medical place I’ve ever been too they give you a time to be seen then see you an hour later. Done my work medical with them two weeks ago on a Monday yet the employer still chasing them up for results. If I ever were to get sent there for a job medical in the future I’ll never show up

Worst nurse to deal. These ppl should be kicked out from organizations asap. Racist nurse don't want to work and arrogant bad nature don't know how to deal with customer. And from 1st talk to last talk just scaring me i don't wanted to fail you. Please look into this case i email you guys before but no reply this guy don't know how to treat ppl.

Horrible service, they have sent me medical assessment report without signature twice. They don't respond to their emails

I did a Cat3 medical test back in 2017 and found it straight forward and easy going. Today I spoke to Jo (follow up dept) and she was really helpful, friendly and professional. I felt she went above and beyond to help me out and made sure she did everything in her power to assist me and follow up until everything was sorted. Thanks again Jo

Very unprofessional people in this center!!Just unbelievable driving 40km to be here ,And then say Dr not avaliable, We dont have vaccine and just waist of time !!!I don't recommend this center to any one !!!!!

Jobfit as an organisation is the most unprofessional and unorganised company I’ve ever dealt with. You cannot book a medical over the phone, they require you fill out an online form and pay in advance. You then have to follow them up as no one reaches out to confirm booking. Numerous times I’ve paid and they are unable to locate my booking.

Not easy to work with for large organizations. have tried several times to book Occ Physicians and there is no reply and they cant book the appt.For IME better to use MLCOA

I have came by for a pre employment medical review and making booking was straight forward. Visit to any health care or medical clinic would be great to arrive early. Firstly it help someone to cool down (due to hot weather) and can stay calm (if you gonna to take blood pressure). I have met the nurse, Fiona after 10 mins of wait. She is professional and explained to me the procedure. Fiona also highlighted the importance of pre employment check so that new starter can prepare for the new environment without any concern. I doubt the ratings provided thus far is fair as I have gone through the process smoothly. One thing though, on the medical history online form, under Sports it would be good to add soccer and badminton as these are also popular sports people play.

Nurse was good however they will not send report. This is legal and required information Jobfit must provide. Wouldn't use this service as uncooperative.

The Worst place to do the Work Medical. The doctor took 7 days to review the report not even send to the required company.

Poorly organised and don't answer calls. Needed a medical for site work and was promised a delivery turnaround less than 48hrs: it has been 6 business days and counting. Choose somewhere else for a medical

WORST PLACE EVER I WAS SCEPTICAL FROM THE START ESPECIALLY BY THE REVIEWS. I FEEL MY TEST WAS SABOTAGED BECAUSE OF MY COVID VAX STATUS AND A CLASH OF PERSONALITY. JUST SAYING ALL THESE REVIEWS CANT BEALSO I EXPERIENCED IT FIRST HAND.WRONG

Other than miscomunication from foreigners on the phone i finally got my appointment the nurse was very professional
