I went to all 3 laser clinics in the centre last Sunday for quotes on skin facials. Jess is rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting room before answering my questions about facials they offered. After talking with some people I know I have found out that Jessika is the owner! Read some reviews before mine and it seems I'm not the first customer she has treated disgustingly. I'm glad I'm not the first one to write a bad review. I would never give her my money and I don't recommend this place to anyone so long as she is the owner.

Liv and Rachael are the best! They're very knowledgable and made the whole microneedling process simple. They also give great skincare advice and recommendation for products. Would highly recommend them if you're looking to get something done.

The staff and service received at Silk Greenhills was amazing. The staff are so nice and made myself and my daughter so comfortable with our treatment plan. Very accomodating on our needs at any time.

I have had nothing but good experiences at SILK. I love coming every 2 weeks for laser hair removal, skin needling or LED and always seeing results. My skin has cleared and acne scarring has faded since starting treatments based off the recommendations of their qualified staff. I can’t imagine going anywhere else & would recommend SILK to anyone!

Absolutely love our trips to see Jess at Silk Greenhills! She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable especially when you’re in a compromising position. She always explains to me what she is doing and why, which helps me to feel like I am making the right decisions for my skin. I feel like I’m catching up with a friend when I visit which takes my mind off the fact I am usually anxious. Wow!!! My GF and I walked in to enquire about the services they offer. We made an appointment, and 2 hours later we both left with a fresh set of luscious lips, and a smile from ear to ear. Our nurse Rachel was amazing, and made our experience one we all talked about all night! We can't wait to get back in her chair for more of what they have to offer 💋✌🏼

Showed up 6:30pm mid week with a confirmation email, but for some reason something had gone wrong online. Silk Greenhills didn’t have me booked in. They were so accomodating and fit me in, making me feel welcomed on my first experience with them, and constantly reassuring me that it wasn’t an issue at all. Melissa was wonderful and professional! Very happy with my visit to Silk Greenhills.

Very professional and friendly staff, quick and efficient with procedures and treatments. Treatments I have received are long lasting, high quality and not time consuming. Overall a great experience! Received treatment from Jess, very friendly and pleasant, extremely professional and does a very thorough job.

Booked 2 appointments for a special that was running. Arrived to appointment. Started filling out paper work when told that the special we had already booked wasn’t running anymore. Why take the booking for that special if it’s not going to be running anymore? Won’t be back unfortunately

Absolutely love this place. The girls here are always friendly, making sure I feel comfortable and talking me through the treatments. Charissa was my most recent therapist and she was lovely, as were the other ladies that have done my treatments over time. I recommend them to everyone.

I've been using this service for the past few months and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! They took the time to explain everything fully to me so I wouldn't bet nervous or ill informed as a first time client. The whole team is very friendly, especially Breigh the lady who does my treatments. She is very attentive and does everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible, as well as just being a bright friendly face! The only thing I can comment on as an improvement point is to let clients know when they walk in when things are running late and their appointment time is pushed back.

I have started to see Jess for some chemical peels and LED treatment. From the moment I entered the shop, I was extremely impressed with her knowledge. On the spot, she was able to recommend treatments for my skin and needs. Each session she has continued to educate me about my skin and what my treatments are doing. She also is doing some research into products I use to help me with that side of things too. She is so reassuring and friendly during sessions. She always lets me know what’s about to happen, how it will feel and checks in during the treatment to make sure I’m comfortable. We often talk about our kids and individual experiences. I would highly recommend Jess for a million reasons. Thanks so much :)

Amazing! So thorough and the therapist that did my laser was so lovely as was the other therapist I interacted with at the counter. I’m in maintenance treatment now (after being with another clinic) and I have already recommended Silk to all my laser loving friends. The cooling tip of the machine made the experience so comfortable. Thank you! Will be back.

Nurse Rachael is so incredible at her job. Professional, reassuring and kind. Able to make me feel 100x less nervous and even able to make me laugh despite how anxious I was. Incredible manner and my results are already gorgeous. I cannot recommend Rachael highly enough.
