I recently fostered 2 dogs from a rescue charity in VIC, the rescue needed to find a local vet practice willing to provide initial care at a discounted charity rate. I contacted every practice in a 100k radius and Gambier Vet were the only ones who were kind enough to agree to provide the service. The care we have received has been outstanding! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them for all my animals from now on 🙂

Had to visit the vet as an emergency as we had a caravan getaway. My toy poodle starts shaking refuses to go into vets and gets extremely agitated. NOT here she was calm and relaxed and didn’t even flinch or yelp when having all injections. Rebel (the veterinarian) was kind caring and fixed my fur baby . I recommend this vet highly it’s over 1 hours drive from my home but I’ll be going back . Thank you 🙏

Two weeks ago our turkey was attacked by a fox. She was badly hurt on the left side, and even had some muscle damage on the right part of the chest. They stitched her back up, and gave her the right antibiotics and painkillers. They also provided a phone follow up to check on her progress. We followed the aftercare and today you could hardly notice anything wrong with her. They were not only helpful, but made us feel at ease from the time they picked up the phone. Highly recommended. We'll be happy to drive over 50 minutes to come see them.

Best vets I’ve ever been to. Had a feeling my dog was un well, was turned away by two other vets as “this wasn’t an emergency” and was made to feel like I was annoying them. Took her to the Gambier Vets, they were so so lovely, listened to what I said, and we decided it was best to keep her in overnight on fluids for an infection. Will never go to another vet again. Can’t recommend them enough!

I took my sick dog to gambier vets A/H about 820pm and Rebel couldn’t do enough for me and my dog, by 1030pm I had a phone call on the verdict of my pet. (It wasn’t good) but Rebel was so caring. Then I got a lovely card from gambier vets in the mail for the death of my dog. Very happy customer

Great visit. The vaccination was completed at the same time as grooming. Groomers are always helpful and my dog comes home smelling and looking wonderful.
