We have been here for 2 nights at the appointment that was fully renovated and almost new. We enjoyed our stay and considering to come back again. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey and that you should have a long long walk to the swimming park. Also, you can skip dinner. It's ok, no more then that. By the way breakfast is amazing.

The staff is helpful. The hotel is a mix of past decades. One of the passageways recalls the 80s. You might even meet "Depeche Mode". The other corridor recalls the 70s with "The Doobie Brothers". The balconies need to be renovated.

Amazing spa-hotel! Extremely clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable and relaxing spa-zone with quite big swimming pool. I personally find it even better then the Therme as it’s more peaceful and not noisy like in Therme. 4 different saunas. Funnily, we liked the restaurant and food most of all ! And we were very surprised about the high quality and a wide range of cuisine and beverages!!! Highly recommended!

4 star hotel where they don't speak English??? I've called few times and they simply don't (She proudly stated few times that only German). You are in a wrong business. The call was on June 22, 2022 (9:20 AM) Room reservation dept.

I blindly booked a room with a bath, thinking it was a novelty and that the view from the balcony would be better. In the end we did not use the bath as it was not practical nor necessary and because of the season we did not use the balcony. I would take a cheaper option next time. Tea/coffee making facilities with plenty of sugar were provided but no tea nor coffee ! BBC World service TV programme did not work. The surliness of the waiters at dinner as the time approached closing time upset my partner. The above is all meant as constructive critique . Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in the spa and were extremely pleased with the quality and choice of food in the dining room. When the opportunity arises again we shall definitely return .

the room is very old-fashioned and i hated air-conditioning system, i felt cold in the room during our stay. we were given room with basically no view, so i could not appreciate the beauty of Loipersdorf. our main purpose of the stay was golf, so we spent most of the time outside. if you do not book stay with half-board it gets really expensive or actually difficult to get something to eat in the evening. I loved the lobby bar and breakfast offer (even though i missed pancakes in the offer). We went to spa just once for a couple of hours and i found it difficult to orient myself. Minibar in the room has very limited offer.

The spa area is very nice and offers very good Aufguss events. Hotel has a perfect location and the atmosphere is very good. Only missing points are due to the breakfast service. Table were not cleaned and brushed up again to welcome next guests, offering limited but what was there was good.

I was at your hotel for the second time, firstly alone and just for one night and several days ago with my wife. it was one of the best holidays in our lives. We were sad, that we stayed not for a week. Definitely we`ll be back! Thank you! and all your team!

This was a perfect weekend for my wife and me. Nothing to complain about at all. Couldn't have been better. Very nice staff. All possible questions were pleasingly answered by the concierge. 100% relaxation. Any time again soon.
