The service is a disgrace. Ordered three sundaes at 5:08 p.m. at 5:40 p.m. you asked where they were! Got the answer...come on. Unfortunately very overwhelmed and there wasn't much going on! They're just busy gossiping and doing private things rather than entertaining the guests. We weren't the only ones who were excited! Very unfortunate.

It's a shame that you have to give one star. Yesterday we were at Cafe Gotthardt and sat inside. We arrived at 10 a.m. and ordered our drinks. There was little going on. Until 11:36 a.m. - over 1 1/2 hours - the waitress wasn't interested in asking us if we would like to order anything else or at least taking a look in our direction. We called for her three times without success. When asked objectively about the situation, she replied with some sort of mumble and then sent a colleague. Completely missed career. Bad management.

Great place to start you day if you have to be in Murpark early. Breakfast was delicious, service is OK, we got our coffee promptly, but food waiting might be a problem for some people.

Every time you visit Murpark you go to Gotthardt for a little something. This time we were told at 7:00 p.m. that all baguettes were out. Afterwards the waitress promised us one, but it never came. After half an hour we asked. The young lady replied that she was sorry, but there was nothing left, even though we had ordered from her half an hour ago. We waited extra for our order even though no one reported the cancellation to us.

Tragic experience. I ordered pancakes and aside from being an extremely small portion (only a small child could be happy with this breakfast), the last piece at the bottom was half. Someone had eaten it. The piece looked cut and used. They thought I wouldn't see it. They brought it to the table very quickly. They had probably reheated it. Very mean and funny staff. I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately very inflexible when it comes to additional orders. According to the service lady, it was not possible to order a spread with a bacon and fried egg breakfast. The breakfast didn't come with brown bread as advertised on the menu. But with 1 Kornspitz. Which basically wouldn't be a problem if you had been informed. When asked, it was rather rude that black bread was out today and the lady said she was already very tired. It was around 11 o'clock. The food itself was really good.

Very dissatisfied with staff. Were there and weren't “seen”. Several people were served before us…

Fruehstueck ist top, aber die wartezeiten sind nicht mehr angemessen. Immer mindesteks 30-50 mimnuten f ein weiches ei?;) Servicedamen nett, ambiente auch ok, aber die wartezeit geht einfach nicht ..

Very rude certain employees (Steffi). was very annoyed Ordered a drink at 5:45 p.m. and received it at 5:53 p.m. (it was a smoothie) We weren't asked if we wanted anything else, ice cream or something else. After a long period of attention we were finally able to order

Unfortunately we waited an hour(!) for our breakfast (3x bagles, 1x pumpkin seed oil egg dish). The bagles were old, hard and toasted, the pumpkin seed oil egg dish was without pumpkin seed oil. Really too expensive for that! The one star is for the nice, somewhat overwhelmed service. Thanks, but not again!

Unfortunately, the service staff is exempt from any overview. After 20 minutes I wanted to order at the counter, we'll come to the table, was the abrupt answer. So I waited another 10 minutes and then tipped 50c at the counter for sitting there and at least saw astonished faces. There are way too many service ladies walking around just talking to each other.
