Very nice place. Good local food. Portion are big. Service is perfect and beer is ossum. Worth to visit.

Went there for dinner. Food ok. Selection ok. Missing extra effort and detail...like honey and lemon for tea without extra asking, knowing selection...small stuff but counts.

Nice Service, but too little vegetarian options

The hotel is located right on Lendplatz which has a farmers' market every morning. A walk to Hauptplatz takes less than 15 minutes and a bus stop to the main railway station is only 200 meters away. A room is nice and cozy. A breakfast is good although a number of warm items is limited. Staffs at the hotel are nice and cheerful. I feel very welcome here.

Food was a bit heavy and cooked without particular attentions. Staff a bit rude but efficient. Price ok. Not sure I would come back here again...

I can only recommend, nice & clean room, friendly staff and a very good restaurant. After a year, I can add that my positive impression still holds and they have really brilliant food.

Except for the Internet connectivity (was told that it will be fixed soon) and a breakfast, which is more suitable for local people than for the international tourists (nevertheless, in the end I liked it), everything was great! Will consider this place for my future stays in Graz. Very good public transportation connection, good shawarma restaurants nearby, cafes and bars all around, Billa supermarket just 150 meter walk.

It was very hot these days in Austria, the lack of air conditioning was amplified by the impossibility of the broken tent that fell if I tried to move it. Apart from the strong heat the room was comfortable, clean, comfortable mattress and pillow. The location is strategic in the center of Graz. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide range of choice for breakfast sauteed, but I prefer the sweet breakfast, I would not be sorry if there were cakes or croissants, good fruit. I had dinner there a few times, good food, helpful staff, but not everyone speaks English and it becomes difficult to understand about food allergies. I stayed for work, good experience.

I had a great stay here. The location is within walking distance to the centre, the room was very nice, modern and impeccably clean. The breakfast was also good, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend :)
