A very large clothing shop spread over many floors! Not the cheapest and not many real sale bargains to be had.

Friendly staffs! For easter, kids were given chocolate bunny 🍫🐇 Tons of stuffs on sale, with great variety. Highly t commended.

The worst PC in Vienna or perhaps even in general. Incompetent and unkind employees, who don't even know how they work and when they are opened. They don't care in you feel welcomed or not, because, per their words: "they have enough customers, even if they lose one". It is a shame that you are receiving this type of service in one of the most prominent parts of the city.

You are not taken seriously and the salesperson doesn't want to open shirts for you to try on. The shirts we tried on were almost exclusively super slim shirts. It's really a shame if you want to buy a shirt for €100 and the service looks like this.

It seems to me that the offer is.not.that great anymore. I was also annoyed that my customer card was deactivated because I haven't bought anything in 6 months.......I belong to the older semester and... I don't need new clothes all the time, so "kicking me out" is sad. I'll avoid this shop now.

A wonderful store with everything you need from the best international brands at good prices

P&K seems to have moved to what I assume must be a ridiculously aggressive ranking of employee Performance. While shopping -without requiring or asking for any assistance- I was repeatedly stopped by sales assistants that took all the products out of my shopping bag only to place their personal ID Sticker on the products I have picked. I need to stress that this was not one sales person but rather the same on all the floors! Meanwhile (on a clearly not too busy Friday morning) a lot of products (especially belts and dress shirts) were very poorly sorted, making it really absurdly hard to find what you are looking for. Given that P&K is a chain with an upmarket price level the sales experience being this poor is really quite unacceptable and just not compensated by the adequate quality of the products on sale.

Yes, is there any discount? There is. However, instead of trying to solve the problem, employees try to get rid of the problem. There are no floors or kassa (place of payment) we haven't visited in order to obtain a Global Blue envelope. Employee lied about 2 weeks ago that the envelopes were out. However, we had bought a product the previous day and we had obtained this envelope from the same cash register. When she said this, she angrily went downstairs with us and handed us the envelope. But if we hadn't told her there that she lied to us and that we had received the same envelope from the same kassa (place of payment) the previous day; it would just have gotten rid of the problem and would not help us.

Huge clothing store. The selection is great but only for adults. The prices are not cheep. I found the staff nice and helpful.

Bog shop with all Brands ... like an outlet. You have Sales for almost all brands. You have to dedicate enough time to spend there .

What a shopping emporium this is! Clothing of every style and fashion to suit most tastes and very helpful staff too. A trip to Vienna is not complete without a little stroll round Peek & Cloppenburg.

Not the P&C of old. Lots of shops in shop. Some of the staff were borderline rude, others very helpful. Their range varies from cheap to quite expensive. A bit chaotic, but you'll find something to your liking. Probably.

We were waiting in big line to return and than they said that there is no return, so we have to go upstairs and wait again. Why not to make a sign about that (smtng like paper note)? To don’t make ppl wasting time.

I first visited the shop couple years ago, then it was really good. Now the prices went like 5 times up. 70 euro for a shirt of an unknown brand? Lol. I remember this place was crowded but now only couple of people walking on every floor.. Mainly tourists for sure
