3 x 330ml coca cola was €12.60. Crazy expensive. See photo. Pity as the hotel and area are good.

We were impressed with the standard of the rooms in this hotel considering it is part of a big chain. The restaurant manager, Rashida was the most welcoming staff member and offered us the best customer service ever!

Dated, poor food, poor quality bed, bedding and shower - total contrast to ibis styles dijon sud which is excellent - would not visit Auxerre Nord again - expensive for poor quality - so disappointing. 😢

Coca cola can cost €4.20. Nice otherwise.

Nice trendy quiet hotel in a perfect location and what a bonus when we arrived and they gave us the code for the garage they have just for parking motorcycles with an up and over electric door very secure and extremely large. This hotel is lovely and clean with great staff the rooms are trendy and the breakfasts are good and all for a reasonable price perfect. Plus there is a retail park a few hundred meters away a Mc Donald's a stone throw away and a Buffalo's grill and a few other restaurants all in close walking distance brilliant. Perfectly placed this hotel is great for a stop over or a few days exploring the area. We will definitely use this one again when in that area of France.

The hotel staff was very friendly and everyone that we encountered spoke English well. The room was a bit small, but worked perfectly for our short stay as we were just passing through. We stayed in mid-September so we opened up both huge windows to let in a nice evening breeze. To my surprise there was an electric shade on the outside of the windows that completely blacked out all of the light so if needed you could easily take a nap during the day. We had a hard time getting the TV to work, but never complained about it because the channels probably were not in English anyways. The free breakfast the next morning was what to be expected in Europe, good coffee, boiled eggs, meat, cereal, meat and cheese. Overall it was an excellent hotel for the money and I would stay there again.

Good renovated hotel to stay if you're visiting the region or just passing by. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but during these Covid times it was fine. Restaurant is good as well.

Rooms are very 'functional', not much desk space to work from although the beds are comfortable and the showers are great! For the price the Ibis Style hotels are a good value for money stay. My only comment was the waiter kept forgetting everything including drinks and menus which seemed to be a issue with other tables in the Resturant and if all honestly became a bit of a pain! The breakfast is great and included in the room price which makes you question why other Accor hotel manage to charge so much!!
