Cranbourne West Medical Centre is the best medical experience I've ever had. Dr. Shahzad is the best and most caring GP and I highly recommend him and Cranbourne West Medical Centre. I always feel very comfortable coming here and Dr. Shahzad has been an immense help in my medical health. Thank you!!

I'm very happy and felt comfortable at this place , It was very clean and fresh looking , The receptionist was very friendly and greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. The wait wasn't long , Our name was called ,the doctor also was friendly and treated my daughter with care and listen to what i had to say , I can highly recommend this place

This practice was absolutely perfect, until they became mixed billing. Most of my doctors appointments are for standard issues that I can go to a fully bulked billed clinic for. Absolutely disappointed. Website and phone service still says bulk billed as well.

Dr. Iftikhar Ahmad Shahzad is such a great doctor. We have seen him many times with our toddler and he is always so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Reception ladies are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there is always one lady who I think is a nurse, every interaction with her has been unpleasant, she is quite rude and not helpful at all.

I've never had a regular GP that I've stayed with, always had problems with rude staff or doctors being dismissive and not listening but I love Cranbourne West Medical centre. The clinic is clean, the reception staff is lovely and the nurses and doctors are amazing. They really care and are good at what they do. Never felt so comfortable in any medical setting, they really work with you for whatever you need. I usually see Dr. Javed or Dr. Shahzad and they're brilliant.

I didn’t have an appointment but was feeling very unwell. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. I then only had a ten minute wait on a Saturday morning. The doctor was also great and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience visiting the clinic. Reception staff were warm on arrival as well as helpful. Dr Javed was extremely thorough with my concerns, going above and beyond with timely Google searches to resolve my enquiry. She made me feel comfortable and heard without rushing.

Been treated at this service for my severe chronic eczema. Doctors Siddiqui and Dr Shahzad are both so lovely, prompt and knowledgeable. As a nurse I was impressed with the service I received from the doctors and nurses and grateful at how comfortable they made me feel. Reception staff are lovely were happy to explain to me changes in the scheduling, costs, and billing processes. The doctors and nurses communicated very well together, and I felt very cared for. Definitely recommend this clinic! Having the pharmacy downstairs is really helpful as well!

The doctors here genuinely care for their patients and are always professional and respectful. The reception staff are amazing and always warm and welcoming. Nurses are excellent, experienced and are amazing with kids! Highly recommend this clinic!

I’ve been coming to the centre for around 2 years now and seen several of the doctors. They’ve always been absolutely wonderful, very polite and determined to help. I’m thrilled to hear they’re back to bulk billing as I was reluctantly beginning to search for a new centre for financial reasons, but now I don’t need to! Reception staff are always welcoming and lovely to talk to. My only criticism would have to be that it can be quite difficult to get in and see a female doctor due to limited availability.

Would have given 1 star as they went to take my stitches out and had re split it back open and the nurse tried to cover it up as it was nothing and due to that it had gotten severely infected. Reason I give 2 stars is due to the 2nd doctor I had seen whom wasn't that bad at all but I will not be going back there unless it is to complain. Very disappointed in a very simple task that has now been complicated

What a disappointment. Doctors are great but receptionist are dragging the whole experience down. Another issue: my wife saw doctor and paid ~$31 on top of bulk Billing($70 total). She called again to ask about medicine ( not a check up or follow up ) just on how to take medicine. They said you have a book anther appointment and pay $70!!!!!!!!!!! $70 just to ask how to take medicine they prescribed!!!!!! Never going back again 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I've been seeing Dr Siddiqui for years now. Everyone knows how good he is. I can sing his praises for hours. But this review is about his clinic which impresses at first sight. His team is as caring as he is. Everyone is very helpful. The pathology, the nurses and the podiatrist all are good at their job and seem to be quite experienced. Nurse Sue deserves a special mention. She's quite informative and really cares for the patients. A delight to talk to and gave me some good tips for my health and some much needed advice on pet cats 😄

The doctors are good and caring but the communication between them, patients and the reception staff is terrible. U could be waiting for hours if u have booked a telehealth appt. If u organise a script, referral etc to collect, it is NEVER ready and u r always left waiting for what seems an eternity to get it.

I am so glad we came across this medical centre when they opened. The reception staff are fantastic and always willing to help and answer questions. The doctors always listen and answer questions. Dr Iftikhar usually treats my son and my son absolutely adores him. He always takes the time to interact with him and not just speak to me as his parent which is so important to me.

I have been to many medical centres in my time, & I have to say the care, time & support we receive from Cranbourne West Medical is absolutely fantastic. Definitely the best health center. I have been in Australia for 17 years and this is the first time I have come across such an experienced and relevant medical centre . They never let me go, they listen to all my complaints and implement everything necessary. Our health is definitely the most important thing and it is a medical centre with safe doctors. Best GP surgery. Always looked after me and my family. If appointments are not available in-person, practice has organised tele-appointment. Highly recommended.

Seeing doctor Sumudu Udapitiya has been literally healing for me. As a young person who experiences a lot of health problems, my previous experiences with GPs had been pretty bad. There was a lot of dismissal and people not taking me seriously because of my age. Dr Sumudu has listened to me in a way nobody else had before. Thank you so much. Legend.

Absolutely disgusted with Dr. FAISIL this morning!! Have know him for many years, he was the most kind, caring Doctor we had come across. This morning he treated me like a stranger. I got the distint impression he did not want to help me. ( I have followed him from clinic to clinic). He is not the same Doctor our family knew. We have "waited" on Doctors for at least 20 to 40 mins on average over the years!! So when I plead my case he was very combative, he called my name like I had burdened him somehow? Declaring that his patients NEVER wait. This is not true, and not fair to fire at me as a pathetic defense. Saying that its new company practice that we can dismiss you like dirt if late. Afterall he IS the Principal doctor and "makes" the rules. There was'nt a soul in the clinic, I did my utmost to make a 9am appt. Due to roadworks, Hall Rd, Cams Rd, I was 10 mins late, he already "arranged" for the Receptionist to turn me away!! Trying refuse me and get me to re-schedule, I explained ,what had happened, I was treated me with Contempt, and felt completely that I was not wanted there as a patient!! No flexibility what-so-ever!!! Not a soul in the Rooms!!! My daughter left there in tears over COVID, which we made allowances for!! Where is the loyalty to the patient, no leeway whatsoever!! Don't dare question their ethics, perhaps the bulk billing pressure has led to quick turn-over with zero care. Lost all respect I ever had for him. You should also know that some of the Reception staff can be very rude & dismissive. Just a oneway street, Dr. FAISIL has since shown his true colors by cancelling my script! most unprofessional indeed!! Keep up the great care 🙊

I can't complain the doctors who I normally see are amazing, but as for some of the ladies who works at the reception. They're so rude. They really need to learn manners, to be kind and have good communication skills when speaking on the phone. Not speak in a hurry in a rude tone of voice then hang up.

Very happy with my experience at this clinic. Staff, nurses and doctor were great and very friendly. I felt my medical needs were met above and beyond. I’ll definitely come back and see Dr Shadzad again.

Everyone here from the receptionist all the way to the doctors. Leslie who wears a really cute angry birds badge is always super lovely to communicate with. Tammie is a super energetic nurse who is an absolute joker is so friendly and easy to deal with. I've seen a few of the doctors but they're all amazing and gentle. Solutions are always found quickly and easy here. They've got everything, from pathology to physio to the pharmacy downstairs. It's the perfect place to go for all your medical needs

Dr. Shahzad is very professional. He listens to our concerns carefully without jumping to conclusions. The clinic is a new building, nice and clean. The receptionist is very polite and friendly.

Cranbourne West medical center is a committed doctors clinic that provides outstanding services to thier clients with out no hesitation. To be honest, I would not go to any other clinic. The receptionist Leslie is lovely, Nurse Tammie is fantastic . The two doctors I see Dr.Faisal and Dr.Iftikhar are absolutely awesome.

I’ve been coming to this clinic since it’s been open and have seen the same doctor for many years when he was at other clinics. I’m am very grateful for the support I‘ve received from this Doctor. As for the reception staff and nurses they are awesome will to help me with any questions or issues I have.
