The manager/owner is absolutely intolerable. My friend who ordered a watermelon cocktail basically got watermelon juice in a small cup for 12 dollars. When she nicely proceeded to ask him for a different drink or a refund the owner got offended and was insulted how she offended his “craft” and was not going to refund her. He also started to lecture her on what a mocktail and cocktail was etc. Super demeaning and rude. His attitude and how poorly he had treated my friend was disgusting. I am shocked a restaurant owner treated one of his patrons this way. The pizzas are just your ordinary wood fire pizzas. Coming from an ex woodfire pizza baker, the pizzas had the same mediocre taste and flavour as everywhere else.

I had heard great things about this place and was expecting some delicious food and friendly staff. However, to my absolute disappointment, my experience here was distasteful. The manager/owner had the most condensing tone and disrespectful attitude to his customers and refused a refund or replacement for a single drink for one of my friends. My friend was clearly upset by the amount, quality and taste of the drink and immediately raised this concern politely to the owner. Instead of dealing with this complaint in a professional and respectful manner, he decided it was a good idea to insult her back and ask her “if she even knew what a mocktail was”. He continued to babble on about how she was being rude and insulting his creation (aka plain watermelon juice, marketed as a “cocktail”), and did not provide a single solution for this unhappy customer. Absolutely shocking. It is basic customer service to make sure customers leave feeling satisfied, or at least acknowledge their concern instead of being downright rude and condescending if you don't want to fix the issue. I am so appalled by the way this minor issue was handled, and will make sure I will never return again, and let all my other friends and family know about how terrible this experience was. After trying out all the restaurants and cafes in this area over the years, never have a come across such an entitled, disrespectful owner!

We went for the first time last week and loved it! So much fun and really affordable. Picked up last week's painting projects today before talking my partner into staying for round 2! The staff are also realty friendly. Loved their fluffy assistant pup too - very helpful when picking my project and loved pats 😍 Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place with super attentive staff that go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! Set up is really great and inclusive! Play section for little kids is great. Toasted Sanga menu looked delicious - I only had a sausage roll & tea which was great. Very happy with our experience! Parking inside the complex isn’t great, but their is plentiful parking on vesper drive!

We brought our boys to Paint a Pot for the first time today and they all loved it. The place is big, and there's a huge range of things to paint. The price of the things you can paint varies, but the smallest (Christmas tree decorations) start at $8. The staff are really friendly and helpful and you can lose hours here. Fortunately, they offer coffee, milk shakes, smoothies and jaffles to help you get by.

Okay stop what your doing, this was SO much fun, I went with my 3yo & 6mo. It cost $85 for myself to paint a large dinner plate & my 3yo to paint a unicorn statue, the price was much cheaper than expected seeings as it includes the item you want to paint, the firing process, access to all the paints and brushes (as well as top notch customer service) we were met with professional answers to all our questions & were walked through the process step by step, I wanted to use my children’s hand/foot prints on the plate and I was helped by the staff member and we got amazing results. My 3yo was finished her painting and went to play on the playground whilst I got to finish mine! If I could only change one thing, I would suggest potentially having another staff member on to help with pick-ups/ cafe area / phone (we went at opening on a week day so not sure if someone else was starting soon or someone had the day off etc) all in all, so much fun!! We can’t wait to go back & collect! Thank you!

Had a nice morning at Paint A Pot with my 2 little ones. Was definitely shocked at the price of such small ceramic pieces, however, totally understand that the playground is free and food prices are super reasonable. Staff weren’t overly friendly, but they definitely weren’t rude either. Overall, we had a nice experience and will be back soon. 😌

Took our 1yr old today to check these guys out. They were 100% amazing. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, prices were good and coffee was excellent. They were flexible and helped me with any questions I had. Highly recommend for a day of creative fun that you can keep afterwards

My 5yo and I really enjoyed our time here! There's a variety of figurines and more useful items to paint (plates, mugs, etc) at a range of price points, which includes the firing and glazing (which you need to pick up at a later date). The on site cafe has a small lunch and snack menu (jaffles, milkshakes, coffee), jaffles were tasty and coffee was good. There's a play area with small slides, ball pit, etc as well. The woman working was very efficient, helpful and friendly too. Definitely recommended, especially if you have kids who like crafty things.

My daughter loved the place, great place to have kids activity and spend time with your kids. My daughter loved painting her own pot and bunny . Although price is little higher but worth the time spend with my daughter as she loved it..
