Very nice and clean, very well stocked and they even had some things I'm used to getting at the grocery stores up north

Good food and service as long as your not paying with FS. The cashier automatically looses his/her smile and turns face away until purchase is over. No friendliness. They make you feel beneath them. I just temp was receiving FS. Went to the wrong supermarket thinking it would make me feel any better js

I love this Publix! Their deli is awesome and they make great sandwiches. The employees are always helpful and take you to the item you are looking for.

It has to be the best supermarket in the area. They have everything, they are very pleasant. They're always there to take care of you period their prices are higher, but they're well worth going to my favorite grocery store.

It’s our go to spot for groceries. I do love the fresh fruit variety and the baked goods here. Their fresh wheat bread is very good, macaroons and even the mini Chocolate cake Fruit bites. We do order custom cakes for family birthdays n anniversaries which is great since there are no legit bakeries in the area or even close by that offers a variety like they do.

Poorly stocked. Manager suggests that you shop at Burnt Store Publix and claims it is better. Wow! Can you imagine a restaurant recommending that you dine elsewhere?

Publix has always been a great place to shop for good quality products that you dont have to question. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than Walmart or Dollar Tree, but I have never had to return anything because of its quality. Publix is my go to store when i need good quality items.

This was the best Thanksgiving feast ever. Turkey was moist and flavorful. The sides were the best. Can't wait to eat the leftovers.

I like this store as employees are always so helpful and I love their pharmacy. They don't have the selection of the bigger stores but great for running in to buy the necessities. Just be careful where you park your car. My car has been side swipped twice in the past month while parked here and I'm now looking at about $2300 in body and paint work. And of course, no one left a note.

Always pleasant to go there. Most employes are sweet and always welcoming. The Pharmacy people are the kindess people to deal with. Thank you to all of you for always helping out everyone. :-)

Great Customer service, speedy service to help find items Today, had a bad experience, which in reality has happened more than once. Wendy, was my cashier, sweet enough just didn't listen to what I said. I said I would like to split my purchase on two credit cards, she said ok no problem, then rang up all my items, I told her again I wanted the total split and 80.00 on one card. She put the whole total on one card, and said it worked. I repeated what I said that I wanted it split and was angry she didn't do it.

The Deli is really slow with untrained employees that increase the timing of waiting for a sub or cold cuts. If you decide to buy a sub or a cold cuts ask the employee to change his or her gloves becouse the cross contamination. make sure to look at expiration of food items.

Very impressed. Great selection, clean, shelves well stocked. Available staff and personable. Will definitely go back when I visit the area again!

Publix rocks! The customer service is second to none. Their bakery and deli are great and ready to help you plan any special event. They also are the pros at logistics. We had a hurricane 10 days ago, and they were open on day 2! (On a huge generator) Need help to your car in the rain? A sacker will don a raincoat, grab an umbrella, put you in the car, the groceries where you specify, and take the cart back. I know this because it was done for me. Thank you Publix employees!

The order process on line was super easy and upon Arrival my subs were ready for pickup! Fast and efficient

The pharmacy employees are non personal and could really care less about customer satisfaction. We have been notified by text message that our perscriptions are ready for pickup but on arrival we're told they're not ready and won't be until the following day. Now , either this is a very clever marketing technique to get us in the store for possible purchases or their management is inept at inventory control. Either way it's an incredible inconvenience. I pose this question to whomever may read this, if medication is taken on a structured schedule for obvious reasons, then what are we to do when the medications we need are days late? If the publix corporation can't manage the drones that work in this particular pharmacy then we all have an issue. The safety of the public is in question here. Definitely consider this when doing business with the burnt store crossing location.

Incredible Deli area! Food you probably look for another stores and can't find you'll find there. All the people that work there are extremely nice! Best Publix I've ever been in!

I just wanna send a shout out to Dillon at the deli. This dude made 4 subs in record speed and they were all a work of art. Thank you Dillon. You are a true master of your craft.

Love the quality, but the prices are a little hard to swallow. When we are in the area, this is usually our prime grocery choice due to quality and convenient location. If I was doing my every day shopping, I would have to go elsewhere for a lot of items due to the price difference. ($3.88 for a 4 pack of yogurt, or $5+). Need to work on getting that more in line.

This location is a bit challenging to get in and out of. It is also a crowded parking lot so be aware of your surroundings for safety. Expect the usual great service and fresh food that we all come to expect from our Publix stores.

Publix needs to step up their game. Quality of fruits and vegetables has declined. Their people continue to shine. Always helpful.

Store is always clean, product is more costly here for same item at walmart.sometimes by a couple dollars. My favorite product at Publix is the Hot and Spicy wings, they are the bomb, 20/22 for 15.99. use to be $12 99. Anyone, employees are freindky.

My job is down the road from this Publix I go like everyday for lunch. The staff always sees me in my scrubs , so hopefully when a manager reads this it rings a bell. I’m not the one to write negative reviews .. I believe in uplifting businesses but I had a very unpleasant encounter with a manager. I was racially profiled & honestly in disbelief! If you’re a POC go to the location in Port Charlotte or Peachland , it’s more friendly . I wish I had a managers name but he had glasses, balding in the middle , & about average height. Very disappointed..

When in Punta Gorda , this is my favorite Publix. The bakery and prepared foods are always fresh and the deli department rocks. Great heros, sandwiches, etc. This location is clean and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

The cashier at this location needs to better-check things. She missed my cashew nuts, and there's no way I was gonna do another transaction, but now it's cocktail hour and I want my cashews. Tell her to check twice before finalizing a sale, this $#!T ain't rocket-science!!!

Another sad and obvious day in Publix. I have gone to countless Publix over the years and never had that bad an experience. Only since I've moved to Southwest Florida have I had these experiences, Punta Gorda on Airport rd and 41 in particular. There is a specific senior white woman that they have working the customer service desk ( which I really don't understand why) that has been obviously racist in her actions including attitude toward my mother and I. We have made it a priority to avoid this woman whenever we go there but Every once in a while my mother will want a lottery ticket or a scratch off, and if this lady is working she'll act as if we are about to rob the place and clutch the scratch offs close to her until we give her the money. It wouldn't have really bothered me but I watched 2 white customers in line before us be passed the tickets on the counter before being paid with a smile to boot. If it was an isolated incident or if I seen she was just miserable and nasty to everyone this review would be regarding all customers in general but I see her only act this way with minorities. I have dealt with this Publix for years before I came to this conclusion so don't think this review is fueled by a one off experience and emotion. Publix needs to take accountability for employing these Racists. They are not oblivious to what's happening in there stores they just choose to ignore it. Incident date- 9/1/22 5:30pm. PUBLIKKKs 2310 Tamiami Trail Unit 1129, Punta Gorda, FL 33950

Always a fantastic shopping experience when I shop at Publix. Great to get in and get out with what I needed in a timely matter. Also great fried chicken, soups, sides, and sub sandwiches! Like all Publix; very clean, organized and well managed!

Almost always have what I need in stock. It’s very convenient and right around the corner. All the prices are a bit higher than everywhere else at most the store.
