Got there at 9pm (closing time) and needed 1 item - thanks for letting me run in. Store is clean and well stocked. Lots of sun and beach items.

What a great grocery store- friendly staff, great deli and produce. And shelves are packed with high end and everyday goods. Extremely clean, too!

Gloria is one of the greatest employees I’ve ever come across at any grocery store. Whenever my boyfriend & I see her at the checkout, we ALWAYS go to her. I’d wait in the longest line just to see her smile. :) keep up the great work

Just went to this Publix and had a cashier named Julia. She was coughing, then coughed into her hand and then picked up our items to scan. My husband was bagging our groceries, and we were mortified. When we got back to our car, I called the store manager and told her what happened. She started making excuses for the cashier, and said people are still getting used to having to change habits, during this health crisis. Julia, the cashier, should have coughed into her elbow, not her hands, even in healthy times. Shame on Julia, and shame on the manager of this store for making excuses, and trying to justify her behavior. THIS IS AN ADDITION TO MY LAST POST. NBC NEWS JUST HAD ON THEIR 5PM NEWS THAT 2 EMPLOYEES TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID 19 AT THIS STORE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! 4-10-2020

I’ve been going to this store for 20 years but during the Covid-19 virus there are more customers in the store NOT wearing masks. Why does the store allow all those people in the store without masks. I don’t feel safe in Publix anymore. Delivery only.

I had a catering order set up for 11 a.m., and it wasn't ready until 11:15 am. It's not good for a person who has no time to waste. The food was good, though.

This store is kind of hidden off the Main road ( McGregor) and is never very busy. The store is not quite as nice as some of the others in the area, but people are always friendly and helpful.

Publix is our go to when in Florida! All locations are always well kept up, staff is super friendly and selection is great! The sushi is one of our favorites! 🍣

They have a variety of meats compared to other placed, their already made food is really good. The chocolate chip cookies are a must. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Small limited vegetable selection. everything I buy in the vegetable section is past it's freshness and you need to cook it that day. Close to Sanibel, but would rather drive to the one on San Carlos, hope it opens soon.

I shop often at this publix, I live at Sanible, so on my way home I stop at this Publix, so does my daughter and family.. Most of the time, the employees are friendly and helpful when needed, BUT there is a very rude and obnoxious employee by the name of DEBBIE, its been 3X, more then needed for me, very unpleasent way of addressing a customer, lack of respect, with superiority and arrogance and rude, way out of her job discription. Address you like if she was a manager. Her demeanor when talking and dealing with the public is way beyound her duties. her facial expression and tone of voice and choise of words are demeaning. This is not a place she should be working at. I complained once to a manager about her, and seems they have not taken care of this matter.

I had a medical emergency while doing my regular shopping at this Publix location. The Staff was wonderful; called 911, had me sit down, brought over a trash can and stayed with me until I was well enough to be taken home. I was amazed by their attention. This is my favorite place to shop. You have a loyal customer forever. Thank you, thank you for being there for me then and during the Ian Hurricane aftermath. I love you all!

A gem of a place of all items grocery related. Not as busy as one would expect as it's in a tucked away location with limited roads in and out. Must do a U turn to get back to Sanibel, but it's as good if not better than the others because of it.

Good and clean store. Has most of the things in stock. Still understand that some things take time still to come in. Friendly staff that are around to help

I generally shop here when in town. Overall it’s a decent grocery store. However, I was confronted by an employee today for bringing back a shopping cart from the parking lot to the cart return. This cart was left in a parking space, so I figured I’d just take it back to the store on my way in. Evidently, this certain employee was agitated about this and confronted me in the parking lot about it. Geeze, people need to chill out.

This is a very busy place. I left my wallet in the cart so when I got home I realized it. I immediately returned to the store and they had my wallet. I really appreciate the staff their.

Nice Stores and very nice staff. Was out of the dip I came for, A young man was stocking shelves and came over and said that he would look in back, with no luck so he helped me to get a backup. That's what I call service. That's why I shop here.

Hi I'm from NJ. My husband n I moved here because he needed a heart transplant. We left our families behind. This Publix is Great at checkout someone always offers to help me out to my truck. And Greg the manager is very helpful n kind there are many items that he has ordered for me n some are now on the shelves. I can't Thank You all enough for making this scary move for us Easier. Stopped by on my way home to get a sandwich and met Elvie. She was very efficient preparing my sandwich but most of all, she smiled. I have never been to this Publix before but might stop there again.

Publix has good leadership. Clean. Working folks are helpful and friendly. Kroger take note! We like Kroger too.

Went to the boars head and workers were slow and understaffed for how many people were waiting, the food was great as usual and everything was nice!

Great to see them open after Ian. It'll be a long time to get back to 100% but it's heartwarming to see them open.

Missy in the Deli is the sweetest and funniest employee along with her coworker. I didn’t get her name, but y’all are hilarious. The woman in the bakery was unwilling to help and just dismissed us. Honestly, happy she did otherwise we would’ve missed that little, but f@&$!?$ hilarious moment with missy.

This is the friendliest grocery store location I think I have ever been to. Deli offerings were very tasty. The appearance of the store was neat and squared away. I didn't even see any scuff marks on the floor

We had 5 full carts. Checkout went smoothly! Even the Managers were involved.

Customer service is always good. Sometimes they don't receive product on sale which happens everywhere but they are always suggesting a rain check. Great location. Easy access to get back in the direction you're going.

Spent the weekend in Sanibel. This one is just as nice as the one by my house. Very happy to always be close to a publix.

Love your store but I just left and my bag broke because there was a 4 lb bag of sugar, a 21 oz can , 2 15 oz cans, a 15.5 oz jar and a 16 oz jar in one plastic bag . The 21 oz can hit my foot when the bag ripped in multiple places. I’m a senior. Please remind your baggers, who are usually fantastic, to please double bag and separate the heaviest cans. Thank you! I will remember my cloth bags next time!

Loved Publix for years but we bought a Thanksgiving advertised dinner having no clue that it would be frozen when we picked up. Our choice WBA’s to cancel our guests or stay up all night turning it in cold water. Advertising was not clear, it said just take home and heat and we weren’t told when we picked it up Wednesday night.

Your regular Publix, clean as usual with very nice people working here. We stayed next door and visited this location 4 times. Well stocked and never busy.

Courteous staff. Helpful in helping with current coupons/store deals.

Next Publix around. The manager Jon is always kind and helpful. The cashiers are always super friendly and helpful as well. Store is spotless! Always front faced and ready to serve!

I watched this evening cashier Gloria perform a great job with a very difficult customer. She was professional, courteous and firm. They were trying to pass bad coupons and try to get items without being scanned. I was very proud of how she protected the integrity of Publix and herself! Good job Gloria!!

I couldn't believe the horrible service I received (or rather didn't receive) from Nancy at the checkout today. She was standing at the end of the express (10 items or less) lane doing nothing. As I was waiting in the next aisle, I asked if I could come over. I had 15 items in my cart. She rudely stated 10 items or less and practically pulled a lady walking by into her checkout to avoid dealing with me. Not even a sorry. It should be store policy not to make customers wait if someone is available to help. I don't think I should have even had to ask her to help me...especially since I only had 15 items. If I wanted to be treated so rudely, I would go to Walmart. If it wasn't for the absolutely delightful gentleman bagging my groceries, I would never come back.

This place rocks good service yesterday and got what I wanted

Just went to this Publix and the staff get couldn’t be nicer! One huge suggestion ...... during a pandemic when you have only two registers open on a Sunday morning between 7-8 am , spread them out!!!! I couldn’t understand for the life of me why they had to be right next to one another!! Cashiers, baggers and customers on top of one another with one cashier occasionally bringing face covering below her nose ! Not cool on mgt part but the staff were super friendly !!!!

Visiting from out of town and needed to stock up for the week. Decent selection, not great. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Very weak on gluten free items. If you don't need that, think 5 stars.
