Visited on the recommendation of Lonely Planet, on visiting the menu is rather over priced for the area, the place lacked atmosphere. Needless to say my girlfriend and I didn't want to stay. On leaving I was charged for using the toilet - if the service, atmosphere and price were as expected I would have stayed. If I were you, visit elsewhere in Aveiro.

Unfortunately it was the only place open around 3 and I can see why. Growling ogre of a waitress with tattoos will rudely bring you your terrible and overpriced food with a permanent scowl on her face. You may be lured into this garbage restaurant if you are hungry and nothing else is open: let me assure you, starving is a better alternative than dining at this… establishment

What a horror show! Laughable experience, I prefer to say, for not to save the anger they obviously it provoques in many relaxed people that are striving for simpaty and nothing more than the good Portuguese cool experience. For more one tries to avoid the bad mood, they make it impossible! Menus with price? Forget! No credit card accepted marked? Why? Make me walk to find money for half an hour!!! Professional service? Kkkk! The “manager” is out of control and lost somewhere in hell! The server is ashamed! The price kkkk you will only know in the end! The food is same as Grab and go quiosque kkkk. Now, tell me why? Wasn’t it better to try to be good instead of having this obvious goal to be the worst? And what’s more: there are legal procedures that me, like a client, want to see!!! And many more authorities as well, I hope so. So other cool and relaxed people that go to wonderful Aveiro don’t fall in this trap like me and my family did. She (manager): I am not obliged to say my name, do you want me to call the police? Factura with my nif? Forget! 🤡😒 scams like this should and deserve justice!

Extremely overpriced. The portions are tiny and the quality is horrible. With the amount of places around to eat and drink, this is not worth it.

Overpriced Under dosed I ordered a bitoque for 9.90 eur which at first seemed within the normal prices (just a tad bit to the expensive side) once I was served, it was 2 leaves of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato, some very small pork strips, an egg and some fries! I have tried a lot of bitoques across Portugal and this was by far the most expensive for the portion that was served!

They don't give you Sangria, they give you water with fruits. Quite a shame when they charge you 12€ for 1l! Go anywhere else if you don't wanna be ripped off.

Ghastly and overpriced. It was the only place which wasn't packed with customers, so we should have known. The service was friendly, but the food was totally awful and we paid too much for it. Don't make the same mistake as we did.

Food is over price and all processed. €7.90 for a chicken burger on its own with no sides. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food was overpriced and of poor quality, the waiter did a so-so job and was afraid of the owner. He brought a different meal than the one we had ordered and the owner refused to speak to us about the issue. So we decided to politely approach the subject and she YELLED AT US and was EXTREMELY RUDE, we couldn't believe! At this moment we've asked for the complaints book and found dozens of other formal complaints from different customers. N-E-V-E-R again will we return, can't believe how these people remain in business.

We waited for 20 minutes and didn't even receive a menu, even though the waitress saw us multiple times. Service at its worst.

Worst cocktails ever. Garlic bread tasted like it was made last week.
