The table service was impeccable, but the cook was so rude he started shouting to the other waiters, making the environment very awkward, and the food was way too salty. They also share the bar and normal eating area, so be sure to be disturbed by drunk folk every now and again. 3/5 stars

This is a big pizzaria divided in smaller spaces so from the outside you don't have the notion of the total space. In my opinion the way tables are placed and corridors designed makes all a little messy and chaotic. Regarding service it was fast, with sympathy and professionalism. In terms of food preparation and quality all was good but I must say that personally for me it lacks that traditional Italian flavour and different pizzas tasted somewhat the same. All in all I recommend the place.

Fantastic food. Mainly pizza and pasta. Service could be a bit faster, but, staff is friendly. The mood of the restaurant is amazing, with all the light and open spaces and art and books. Parking is difficult as this is in central Aveiro and at meal times everyone is flooding into restaurants. We had to walk a bit to our car.

The pizzas are very tasty, one of the emblematic places in Aveiro. The only downside is that it gets quite crowded and noisy so the best is to avoid the typical lunch hours (go at 12pm for example)

A Portuguese city, Italian food, cocktails served in cup and saucer (why not?), famous book titles (and others not so much. At least not to me), the beginning of a chapter of a new book every Friday, delicious food and drinks (do try the “apple champanhada”) and really friendly staff. A good way to end the day ⭐️

Nice place for pizza, cool and air conditioned inside. Well priced and tasty food! The only negative is that the service was quite slow, and they forgot to bring our coffees with dessert. We reminded two members of staff about the coffee but they didn’t bring it. However, the rest of the experience was good!

A very nice restaurant with great pizza! But the highlight for me was the brilliant desert (crepes).

⚠️WARNING⚠️ LOUD 🤯🙉💣 If you have or are very used to small kids maybe you will be fine. It's not only about volume though, the locale is like a big cement cave without any noise dampening. 🍕 The pizza. It's the soft type of dough, cheese is good. The pizzas lack flavor though, especially the vegetarian one which is like a bread with steamed unseasoned vegetables. Service. Goood! Nice, friendly and fast 🤗 Btw the light is those old bulbs from the early 2000s that makes lines on your camera 🤷‍♂️

It is an iconic restaurant in Aveiro. The pozzas are good, i love the picolo and the crepe with towns sweet egg yolk and sugar.

Fantastic pizza and all food in general, so tasty and inexpensive! Very busy at all times and a little noisy but it's well worth it!

This place used to have a great reputação for decades.. but now it's not worth the mention. Got there early (not busy) had to ask to be served for my meal, had to ask to be served for desert, on top of everything they got my desert wrong... There's a huge lack of customer service. It's a real shame what it has become. The servers are very young prancing around looking busy doing nothing... I'm very displeased. We, the customers are paying to be served properly, we're paying there wages, but they don't know that... They should get customer service apprenticeship... Oh... I almost forgot, my food came luk warm.. I don't think I ever go back...

This restaurant never fails, I was introduced 5 years ago and must always visit when in town. They are also great with families and small kids and have offerings for everyone. Whether you get pizzas, pastas or crepes, you will not be disappointed. Favourites to date are pizza Brava, prawn pasta and the carbonara.

What a great spot to of found for dinner. As others have mentioned the garlic bread is AMAZING, the best I've ever had. Pizza was amazing as well, perfectly done, and tasted amazing. Our server was great, attended to us and joked around with us. If you're not in the mood for seafood while in Aveiro you have to come here.
