Absolutely gorgeous place, would definitely recommend.

Excellent place to enjoy the landscape of the lagoon of Aveiro. I advise to walk the dirt paths along the shore. The ideal is to do it on foot or by bicycle. I did the car, circling slowly. At the pier you can see the boats typical of this region: The Moliceiro.

Local place right in the heart of Ria de Aveiro. Used by the local fishermen. Moliceiro tours available on weekends.

Beautiful small beach and picnic area. A little overcrowded on weekends and holiday times.

After many years, I feel as if they’ve got this restaurant and service down to a science, great location and atmosphere, fantastic food and friendly staff. Absolute must see if you’re in the area.

Perfect place to camp for free with a self contained motorhome. Great views, quiet and a very reasonable restaurant/bar on site. Great sunsets by the water.

Stayed the night in our motorhome and it is a really nice place to stay. It's quiet in the evening and lovely to see the traditional fishing boats coming and going. We didn't use the facilities but I believe the restaurant will let you use their water and toilet disposal although it's probably best to use the restaurant first. I also believe there may be electrical hookup available although I didn't see anyone using it.

A place of varied beauty that you can and should visit if you have the time to while going through Murtosa. Great for a walk around or to cycle through. There is also a very nice beach with lifeguard there now.
