This
hotel
came
up
as
an
excellent
place
to
go
to
with
a
newborn.
The
team
was
very
understanding,
and
helpful.
Despite
the
late
night
crying,
no
complaints
were
issued
-
for
which
we
were
extremely
grateful
as
we
were
suffering
from
extreme
lack
of
sleep
and
still
in
the
process
of
getting
to
know
our
little
one.
The
hotel
does
not
have
a
restaurant
(for
lunch
or
dinner)
but
it
is
very
well
located,
with
a
pizza
place
on
the
same
street,
a
Portuguese
traditional
restaurant
and
even
a
Chinese
buffet.
As
you
keep
walking,
there’s
more
to
choose
from.
But
they
do
have
a
bar
after
4
pm,
so
make
sure
to
check
that
out!
The
team
provided
a
crib
for
the
baby
(though
it
was
quite
used
up,
at
least
the
mattress
was
decent),
which
was
super
helpful,
there’s
free
parking
space
(in
the
underground
garage),
room
service
was
impeccable
(and
the
cleaning
lady
gets
all
the
marks
for
being
super
understanding
-
babies
make
a
mess),
the
bathroom
was
big
and
very
well
kept,
the
curtains
are
truly
blackout
(thank
the
lord!),
the
Wi-Fi
setup
is
great
-
if
anyone
cares
they
are
using
ubiquiti
and
there’s
a
bunch
of
unifi
Access
Points
scattered
through
out,
great
location
right
at
the
center
of
the
city
and
good
pricing.
I
was
very
satisfied.
Now
for
the
less
stellar
notes,
the
HVAC
system
user
interface
needs
a
complete
update/upgrade.
Some
of
the
controls
are
so
old/yellow
that
the
temperature
numbering
is
completely
missing.
Something
new,
with
a
digital
screen
showing
the
room
temperature
and
with
the
possibility
of
setting
up
timers
like
“turn
on
AC
for
3
hours
only.”
directly
on
the
screen
would
be
greatly
appreciated
to
get
the
room
up
to
the
desired
temperature
but
not
leave
it
running
all
the
night.
The
bathroom
did
not
have
an
extractor,
so
there’s
the
possibility
of
humidity
creep
but
personally
I
did
not
feel
it.
The
TV
is
your
typical
hdmi
1080p
panel
hooked
to
cable
TV.
I
would
have
loved
to
see
a
similar
casting
system
like
the
Moxi
chain
of
hotels
have,
with
a
casting
device
(chromecast)
where
I
could
cast
Netflix
etc
into
it
and
watch
my
own
stuff
on
it.
The
hotel
has
a
great
network
setup,
so
it
totally
doable
right
now.
I
really
hope
they
work
on
this
as
it
definitely
opens
up
new
possibilities
(digital
onboarding
of
new
guests,
presenting
services,
introducing
the
various
areas
of
the
hotel,
the
team
members,
casting
of
online
content
to
the
TV
etc).
So
all
in
all,
great
place,
great
team.
Some
updates/upgrades/revamps
needed
here
or
there,
but
those
are
very
situational
and
overall
don’t
take
much
out
of
the
experience.
Wish
all
the
best
to
the
team
and
I
look
forward
to
going
back
:)
