This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. The front desk are rude, the beds are so uncomfortable my husband and I woke every day with a back ache. Bedding scratchy, breakfast not worth 3 euros, much less the 7.50 each we were charged. No parking, the front desk told us that the underground parking was free and it cost us 16 euros. Don't stay here!!!

The barhroom smelled terribly and it was clear to see why; old carpets, old furnitures, and very outdated interior decoration made it seem like a relic of the past. The old bathrooms were in desperate need of renovation, as the lack of upkeep had taken its toll on them. Unfortunately, this also seemed to reflect on the staff as they weren't particularly friendly either. Breakfast was very very basic with minimal items. No vegetables served at all. Scrambled eggs and the bread were the only thing worth eating. Coffee machine was ok. The staff at the breakfast restaurant did not speak English which made the experience even worse. Location of the hotel is very good. I don't recommend this hotel unless you don't care were you stay and only care about the location.

€ Terrible stay, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and stay elsewhere the location is great, apart from the mass building works directly opposite that start at 07:15am I had to change rooms 4 times, the first room had yellow water and no hot water as well as someone’s leftover hair in the bath.. When I spoke to reception they looked at me like I was insane. I was moved to the second room and this room had a broken A/C to which I was then told I needed to leave it on all day for it to work, it had been on all day and most of the night and still hot air coming out of it. the third room the A/C broke after about an hour usage, I was told it was brand new but it would simply switch on then immediately switch off. The final room was Ok, still yellow water running from the taps, single glazed windows so the building works that started at 07:15 were absolutely horrendous. The noise from the main roads were constant all night. At this point I was so fed up having to change rooms 4 times in 5 nights, the staff didn't seem to bothered either. The sun area on the top floor has NO chairs whatsoever even though the picture shown displays sun loungers. there is One socket in each room which is no where near the beds. The beds are so uncomfortable it's like sleeping on hard wooden floor. The bathrooms are average, the bath tubs are big enough for a child. Do not stay here, it is horrendous.

The hotel is like from another decade. The style is very old but it reminds you the past. It's a very old hotel, with some problems such as the water plugs in the rooms. Don't drink the water, it has rust. But the location is perfect to enjoy all the city and discover it!

Outdated hotel. Very noisy if room to the street side. Limited breakfast. Staff often not knowing what they talking about.Luckily was paid by my employer, I would never pay to stay here myself. Positive side- very good location.

For the rate I booked I wasn’t expecting too much, but still they delivered way above my expectation. The hotel looks a bit tired with very old furniture and decor, but it’s well maintained and very clean. Room has everything one might need, restaurant is great, both in the evening and for breakfast. Location is right in the center. The lady at reception in the daytime is such a hospitable woman. Couldn’t fault anything.

This hotel is definitely not for everyone and definitely not as bad as people make it sound around here. This hotel has an oldish kind of vibe to it. The furniture is old, even the service looks a bit outdated, everything looks a bit outdated, BUT if you want to get an experience on traveling back in time, this is the place for you to stay. It’s recommended that you try before you judge! The staff is incredibly friendly. They are taking measures to ensure guests safety. It’s pretty clean! Breakfast is alright for the price you pay and we also had dinner and it was fantastic - not just the meal itself but also the service that was applied to us. There’s a freakin solarium on the 6th or 5th (it’s written in the elevator) with an amazing view over the city. Give it a try!

Great value. A little dated. Super helpful management. 1st contact @ Front desk was very unprepared & made many mistakes but as we were early we needed to go out and return later, on our return another member of staff was well orginised and had our correct information. Discounted parking is nice but system of parking, going to reception then needing to return to the offsite parking facility and drive out then back in again with a hotel parking card was messy and needed to be repeated on our departure. Unfriendly breakfast staff need customer service training and the new covid procedures for customers arriving and getting breakfast needs to be clearer, example would be: I can't get a drink myself & need to wait for one of the 2 staff to pour me a drink, taking them from the food queue which caused more delays & creating extra handling and when I asked for a plate TWO people handled it without gloves before giving it to me. Seems a bit contradictory. Atmosphere at breakfast was weird as there was constant sexy music videos on the tv. I would suggest world news or turn it off. Room 507 is awesome. Overall 5 stars (based on management and price) with what I hope is considered helpful constructive critisim. Ps. Check battery in tv remote in 507 an the room safe is locked.

Great location right in the town center and access to restaurants and bars. Fair and honest relation between price and quality. Staff is really friendly.

The hotel is in a very good position, close to the center and at 10 min walking from the university. The price is cheap and the service is impeccable. Rooms are clean but not very well decorated. It’s not luxury hotel but it is clean, cheap, central and safe. Breakfast is not the best but it is not bad. Reception people are very kind. Personal is professional and smiling.

Good value, friendly staff and very central location but REALLY REALLY noisy, had to wear earplugs every single night. Also, no parking and the breakfast is definitely NOT WORTH €7.50. You'd be better walking to "The Forum" nearby and grabbing a Brazilian picanha.

Very friendly and willing to help staff, delicious food (don't know about breakfast but dinner was very good). The bed in my room was a bit small though, but I guess they have more options.

Even it is in the old part of the city, it is a really good option for families or for individuals. Friendly and safe environment.

😠 Beautiful place, but parking is hard, too crowded, have to pay in order to enter, and just not worth it. Edit: Exactly, that's my opinion. That's why Google let's people review places. To give their own opinions. As the owner, you should gather people opinions and improve your place, not be harsh a...
