Awful experience, bedroom it's ok and seems nice but bed comfort inexistent! In addition to the old mattress and without support for the spine, the pillows seem to be recycled from leftover rags. Everything creaks in the bedroom but getting out of bed without waking up the other rooms ...is an impossible challenge, it seems that the bed breaks from so much creaking! (Ok maybe I'm chubby) the soundproofing could be better but the building was renovated and leaves something to be desired... the staff is not at all friendly and especially the manager/owner, being an unpleasant person and unprofessional. Considering nearby hostels, I strongly recommend that you run to a hostel instead of experiencing a bad stay in this space. Oh! Something already said, after 8pm there is no staff, reception number nobody answers, not even an emergency number on this site... nobody answers so good luck to those who have booked and have no refund. Never never more!

Price/quality ratio was good. We had a room in the second floor, towards the back yard. The room was fine. The location was great and there’s a huge free public parking lot near the hotel. The staff was nice. Cons: The mattress was relatively small for 2, hard and noisy. Be aware that there are two building sites right behind and next to the hotel. Walls are made out of paper, you could hear guests talking, showering etc. We didn’t try the breakfast there.

The room was cozy and simple. Kind staff. Excellent position near the city centre and 2 minutes’ walk from a big shopping centre. One thing that I don’t understand is why there were only 2 little samples of shampoo&shower gel per person (see picture), for me personally they are not enough. Another thing is that we had the residence’s jacuzzi right outside our room window, so we needed to keep the curtains closed to respect our privacy (and the other guests’ in the jacuzzi privacy as well).

a night of insomnia We are here in this hotel without air conditioning and in a 2 × 2 room. full of mosquitoes. At the reception there is no one or a telephone number of any person in charge. We have paid only to sleep because we are passing through. i went to sleep in the car with the air conditioning. The wooden floor sounds every time the client passes and the screams of the lady next door having sex was amazing. I can not recommend this place to anyone

The hotel is located a few minutes walking from the city center and about 15 min from the bus station. The room, the bathroom and the entire building were very modern and recently refurbished. Our beds were super comfy too. I truly recommend to order the breakfast for additional 5€ - it's a buffet with bread, different pastries, oats, corn flakes, fruits, juices, milk, coffee, everyone will find something tasty. The reception is open until 8 PM but you get the keys to access the building and the room anytime. 100% recomendable and next time I'll be back!!!

+ 5 mins walk to the city center + Free parking 3 mins walk + Friendly staff + Clean, well decorated rooms. + Airconditioning -The rooms are quite small, we could barely fit the suitcases -The mattress and (specially the pillows) are not great -Wifi wasn’t working (maybe we just had bad luck)

The staff were completely unaware of the guest bookings, making overbooking on a room booked a week in advance. When they suggested an alternative accomodation on a nearby apartment they couldn't even provide the proper acces code to it. Avoid this at all cost !!!

Good hotel, perfectly located and offers a nice variety in breakfast options. The jacuzzi and fitness was closed because of Covid measurements.

The hotel is in the town center with everything in walking distance. You can book a canal boat trip with a small discount from reception. Breakfast was adequate with lots of choices and in a reasonable choice. The staff were friendly and ready to help you if you need anything. The room was really small so if you have a lot of stuff it will be inconvenient. The soundproofing could have been better.

Nice Hotel, rooms look modern and are clean. Only thing is the breakfast, which isn't that great.

Tiny room, too small for 2 people. Construction works next door which makes it impossible to sleep. Horrible noises!

Try to make a reservation here for a group. I requested six rooms for certain dates. And they said it was possible I left to make a phone call and I came back to make the reservation and then they said some were taken. I said “ok, how many were taken in 10 minutes?” After many back-and-forth, they finally conference that knows some people would have to check out one day before the dates that I had given them. In other words, they really didn’t look carefully when they gave me the information. Understandably, I was a little confused and upset too, which the manager: “what do you want? The city is busy and it is not our fault”. I was just trying to have them acknowledge that they had given me the wrong information.

😠 Beautiful place, but parking is hard, too crowded, have to pay in order to enter, and just not worth it. Edit: Exactly, that's my opinion. That's why Google let's people review places.
