Amazing tasting experience. The visit was short but felt super confidential away from the super crowded one. Bruno our guide was the best. There is the tasting and the experience around it. The Porto we tasted were different from the one I knew and really enjoyable. The experience around it was something else thanks to Bruno who made us feel special and who is passionate about his job.

We stumbled upon Churchill’s while walking around town and went in to try to do a port tasting and a tour. We didn’t have a booking, but they allowed us to join onto another tour, which was so kind of them! The tour was great; our guide was very knowledgeable. We did the basic tasting and really enjoyed the port as well! Would highly recommend.

This felt like a hidden gem, we attended the tour and wine tasting and it was definitely a highlight of our trip to Porto. Our guide Maria was so informative and recommended us to try a glass of the 20 year old port which we really enjoyed. The whole experience felt so personal and friendly. A really lovely afternoon out ☺️

Wonderful experience at Churchhills! Bruno was a friendly and engaging guide and we found the tour really interesting. The tasting was great and they offered many different tasting options. We also enjoyed the cheese plate. We were able to relax in their tasting room and take our time, enjoying the Port and the space for a few hours. Highly recommend!

It seemed a long walk. But it was worth it. We were warmly welcomed. The tour was very informative and interesting. The guide was amazing and the tasting was lovely, especially the vintage. Well worth a visit and buying some port.

Very prompt response during the booking process ! Really liked the experience & detailed explanation on Port wines. I genuinely don't have much knowledge about Port wines; hence, it was a good eye-opening experience. Strongly recommend 👌

I could write about this place for hours but I'll try my best to keep it short. I was staying in Porto for a month and Churchills wasn't on the top of my list of places to visit, but I am so, so glad I did. Honestly the best experience I had out of all of the port houses in the city. The staff were so, so welcoming, friendly and just brilliant people with a massive shoutout to both Pedro and Lilia for making our trip. I had both my mum and dad come and stay with me on seperate occasions and the experience as well as the wine at Churchills was that good that I had to take both of them here. I went home with 5 different bottles from here, with only one from another port house, so I think it's safe to say that the standard of Port here is incredible. As I'm sure you'll imagine, I highly recommend anyone visiting Porto visits here. And again, a massive thank you to everyone at Churchills as well as both Pedro and Lilia. Amazing place.

It was worth the longer walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tour was interesting and informative. And the tasting room is lovely. Definitely recommend this tour as part of your Porto experience

The visit and tasting was excellent. Starting with a tour around the cellar, visiting the bigger ruby casks and then getting to know the room with the smaller casks used for Tawnys and White Porto wines to finally get to know the room were the vintage bottles are stored. The tasting was just a fantastic way of getting to taste what was explained during the visit. We tasted some Port wines and some "normal" wines from the cellar. Definitely a great experience and a must if visiting Porto and special thanks to Pedro, the guide and the presenter of the tasting.

I absolutely loved it. The tasting room is very cozy, with a beautiful decoration, the staff is very nice and helpful, and the tasting was great. I tasted their Ports and some of their regular Wines and was so pleased… Such an interesting experience. Their Ports are wonderfully elegant, beautifully balanced and well estructured. Thank you very much. I highly recommend!! Really worth it.

👍👍 Great place to have a different view of the city. I tried it by night and got an amazing view of the Luiz 1 bridge and the Douro. It is the perfect place for a cocktail made of Porto Cruz (alcohol free available) while enjoying nice music.

👍👍 Took an audio tour here for 20 euros per person. Was very informative and lots to see and here about. Really nice to see in the caves and get a whiff of the angels share. Nice place to sit at the end to enjoy your two glasses of port. And a can of chip dry and tonic to take away with you. If it is s...
