I went to this medical centre and the doctor I saw (Dr. Meribole) made me feel not only uncomfortable but did not treat me as an actual patient. My issues were unaddressed and considered meaningless. I will never return to this medical centre. Multiple women I have spoken to have said the same thing, they were treated as young girls who don’t know what they are talking about.

Today my family visited the practice to receive our flu shots. My 5 year old daughter was very distressed and was making a lot of noise in anticipation to receiving her injection. The nurse who looked after us was absolutely amazing. So professional, calm, patient and reassuring. I felt embarrassed about the scene we were causing but she did everything to reassure me and help me get through the experience. All of my children were given praise and support plus a treat at the end. I don’t know how I could have made it through without her wonderful care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Charles for several years now, and I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care and attention that I have received from him. From the moment I walk into the clinic, I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor from the reception staff, which sets the tone for the entire visit. Dr. Charles is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions. He is thorough in his examination and explanation of any medical issues I may have, and I always leave his office feeling reassured and well-informed about my health. What sets Dr. Charles apart, in my opinion, is his ability to truly connect with his patients. He has a compassionate and empathetic approach to medicine, which puts me at ease and makes me feel like I am in good hands. He genuinely cares about my well-being and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am receiving the best possible care. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Charles enough. He is an outstanding GP who has helped me to maintain good health and quality of life, and I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

We've been coming to the practice since it opened a few years back and have always had great service. Friendly staff and amazing doctors. Dr Anwar in particular is highly recommended. She always has time to listen, never rushes us through and is amazing with my kids, they love coming to see her. Bridget is super friendly and is always very helpful with anything we need. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Not my local medical centre so not to bothered but doctor I seen was pretty poor, was having a visit about in throat and gum inflammation and was given a rats test! Waste on time and money! Rest of staff seamed friendly and capable!

I needed some urgent care for a back issue and decided to try Lagoon for the first time. I did have a bit of a wait from walk-in but the staff were very apologetic and attentive. I ended seeing Francis and he was fantastic! I would happily recommend this practice and intend using them again.

Went in for an emergency appointment due to the results of a general STI check and met with Dr. Akinyemi. He was extremely unprofessional and judgemental of my situation, expressing something like humorous disgust toward me, and was just shy of an hour late to see me as well. Will never book with him again. Reception girls were absolutely lovely as always, but I will not recommend his services to any female friends in need of a health check up. I usually see Dr. Heidi, who is absolutely amazing.

I’ve been to other medical centres around Perth and in Queensland and Dr Sam at Lagoon has been the best GP I’ve ever been too. Time and time again, I leave feeling like I’ve been heard and looked after by Dr Samual. I referred my freinds to Dr Sam and they also say he’s been one of the best GP’s they have seen :))

I struggled to get a walk in urgent GP visit for my little one in the area, as we are new to the area, but this practice was so accommodating and welcomes walk ins. The reception staff were both lovely when we arrived, wait times short and Dr Francis was amazing. We will definitely be back.

How luck am I to have Lagoon Medical Centre as my local GP! These guys are amazing, very professional, well resourced and you can see them at short notice. Highly recommended.

Very prompt service with minimal wait time. Probably spent more time filling out the paperwork as a new patient then waiting! Went there for an urgent but not life threatening issue and far better the ED services at hospitals for such health concerns. Great service by Centre and good idea by Australian Government to establish such services.

Arrived 10 minutes before opening time, Great service and the Doctor Mohammed Was very gentle in removing a foreign body from my eye.only waited 5 minutes to see him. would have been hours at the hospital. Great to see this initiative from the WA government.

Due to non-availability at my own GP, I tried the Lagoon Medical Centre and after a short wait was seen too by a doctor. The service I received was first class and they arranged for me to get an Xray in the same building, with the results arriving back at the doctor within a few minutes and he gave me the result after a short time. Very happy with the service.

Excellent practice.. after being denied to see a gp in another urgent care clinic for my 9 months old baby with very high temperature, I called lagoon medical centre and the receptionist welcomed us with a great smile, she is a beautiful and caring person. We drove 25 minutes and absolutely worth it. Clean and nice practice, the doctor was very professional. Definitely will be back again.

Such friendly people despite the load and the late hour. Very thorough inquiry of my symptoms. The diagnosis and treatment were what I was expecting. Unbelievably grateful for this service as my doctors were fully booked for many days.

Lagoon Medical Centre boast the cream of the crop doctors in GP practice. Best service all around. When your regular GP is not available, you can never go wrong seeing another GP here as they are all excellent in my experience! I have started seeing Dr Francis more regularly and have come to depend on medical care from him for both myself and my family. He is reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient. I always leave his consulting room feeling better than when I walked in. I have seen Dr George for several years; he has recently been booked out when I require short notice appointments. He is such a supportive Dr, always takes his time and thorough in his approach to patient care. I also see Dr Anwar, another excellent physician, for my women's health appointments. She is absolutely amazing, listens and provides excellent guidance and support in this area for me. Thank you Bridget, you are always courteous and really steal my heart when you call me out by name before I even checked in on arrival. I have referred friends from all over to this practice. Cannot recommend their services enough.

The best practice so far. I moved around before settling here. The receptionists, pathologists, nurses, and the ultrasound next door are just amazing. The GP's in the practice are top notch. They take their time to listen to your needs and do not rush you even on a standard consultation. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient at Lagoon Medical Centre for several years and I highly recommend their services. In my experience, the team invest time and effort into establishing lasting relationships with their patients. Dr. Anwar, whom I have come to rely on for my medical needs, is the physician I have seen the most frequently. She is competent, very knowledgeable, and assured in her ability to perform medical procedures such as pap smears, iron infusions and other examinations. Dr. Mohamed Dr. George are also excellent physicians whom I've seen regularly. The clinical nurses are exceptional, especially Charisse, who has accompanied me through weekly desensitisation injections with a calming and nurturing presence. Lastly, the administrative staff, especially Bridget, is always courteous and polite when interacting with me and other patients in the waiting room. They have always accommodated my medical needs and have never turned me away.

We love going to Lagoon - from the moment you step foot into the practice you are greeted with a smile. The doctors and nurses are super lovely and instantly make you feel at ease, ready to help you, share their knowledge and are absolutely great with children of all ages. Highly recommend the team at Lagoon Medical.

The staff here are very welcoming and thoughtful. I am always introduced by name, which helps me to feel validated and valued. Everything from cosmetics to physiotherapy and psychotherapy, as well as those moments where things seem overwhelming… the Doctors and staff are here without judgement.

What an amazing facility……after visiting there with severe back pain & vomiting yesterday I was seen straight away by a lovely nurse & doctor…..IM anti nausea medication given to me & a prescription for pain relief & anti nausea medication. I did not know this place was here & as I couldn’t access my GP due to it being 6pm I went there rather than going to hospital. I would recommend anyone to go here if you can avert hospital. Thank you very much to them.

Wonderful practice with caring, considerate and extremely professional staff from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors. I have happily travelled 30 minutes to this medical centre for the last two years for myself and my teenage children. My children really appreciate the manner in which all the staff and the doctors interact with them and how they endeavour to make them feel at ease when discussing their medical issues. I needed a GP due to an unforeseen early morning event. With reception opening at 7am I was able to get a walk in appt at 8am to get the support needed. With a full surgery within their clinic this was a much more personalised and quicker solution than visiting the ER

Tried out a new face oil last night. During the night my forehead became really sore and this morning my whole face was swollen. Luckily I found Lagoon Medical Centre was open on a Sunday. Was able to get an appointment with Dr Ram who was extremely thorough, polite and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed a severe allergic reaction to the facial oil. Thank goodness for Lagoon Medical Centre. Thanks also to the lovely receptionist who was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended 👌

Had an appointment with Dr Maribole for my newborn today (still under 6 weeks so unvaccinated) we arrived at at 9:15 for a 9:20 appointment. After waiting for 30 minutes we went to check for the long waiting time and got told that the doctor had interviews but it would not be long anymore. After waiting for another 30 minutes (total wait time 1 hr with an unvaccinated child) we left and cancelled the appointment on the spot. This is a disgrace in dealing with you pations especially with a newborn. Don't make appointments if you can't stick to them especially with vulnerable patients.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a drs ever in my entire life, person I had the appointment with was so rude and very unhelpful during my phone consultation. Downright refused to organise me an e-script even though the entire reason I booked a phone consultation was because I had Covid and couldn’t come in. A complete waste of time and money. Try to find somewhere else if you can.

The doctors here are excellent, how ever some of there reception staff could do with lessons in appropriate language and the proper way to speak on the phone. What!! What was that!!!! And she completely ignored me on my arrival. The lovely young receptionist ended up looking after me. I'm guessing this new one won't last to long.

Booked my 2 year old in appointment confirm via phone an hotdoc waited an hour and there was never an appointment booked in the system. To only be ask what would you like to do rebook? We are not sure what's happening. Absolute joke of a doctors surgery!

Dr Francis Akinyemi was very professional and helpful with my 8yo. I booked the appointment online at the last minute and everything went smoothly. Clinic is clean and pleasant. Highly recommend. We'll definitely return.

Arrived 5 minutes before appointment saw doctor Mohamed about 7 minutes later. Reception staff friendly as was the Doctor. Checked my medical problem and was out of the surgery after ten minutes with a script for medication. Would recommend

Totally positive experience. Made appointment online, attended Urgent Care Clinic which has masses of parking, was comprehensively triaged by a friendly nurse then very soon seen by the attending physician. Needed scans so was sent through adjoining door (so easy!) where this was very quickly done. Then back to physician to discuss the result. Every step taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Lovely staff and great clinic! Have been going for years now and definitely worth the transfer over! Nurses are great and lovely especially with kids for their immunisations. So happy to be attending this clinic!
