    So disappointed ☹️ Went today using a Valentine’s Day voucher for nearly $500. Had no idea Karen had sold the business. In fact, website still is showing her as owner, so new owners are riding on Karen’s previous accolades. No champagne as promised (still on the website), booked a couples hot stone massage and spa. Was ushered into couples room and questioned RE medical history. I had written it on the form, but questioned about it, and had to point out to therapist on their form where it was written. Massage commenced and therapist had the noisiest shoes on the planet, with constant squeaking from her trainers. Hardly a relaxing start, then 10 mins into treatment when someone drops a whole lot of stones onto the floor. The stones were only warm at best, certainly not hot, and only used on legs and back. No massage for my husband on thigh area front or back at all. No hot stone on arms or décolleté No apologies for the noise, and no offer of champagne made us leave after massage and forgo sauna and spa. I have never felt so rushed and totally ripped off from a service before, that I can only assume it was because we were using a voucher that made us less important. Will never return, and will spend that sort of money with a business that appreciates their customers.

    Don't go there! This place is a JOKE. I went 3 times in total since I've been gifted a voucher for my birthday, and it's been such a disappointment. The prices they practice are so high for what they offer, the therapists are not that professional, the venue is old, and the overall service is just mediocre. Thanks I didn't have to pay, I used my $900 voucher in 3 times with Guinot and Thalgo facials, and dermapen, each time with a different practitioner and none of them was professional compared to the salons I'm used to go to. Honestly, there are so many other spas or beauty salons where you can get a much better treatment at a better price. Don't waste your time and money there.

    If I could rate this business negative 5 stars I would. I was gifted a “mum and Bub” voucher from my husband on Christmas as my first Christmas present as a mother. I was extremely excited to use this voucher as something sweet to do with my little one. I booked in to have my spa day on the 14th of March- my wedding anniversary as well as my bubs 6 month. It was meant to be to celebrate both. However, my child fell very ill and we were in and out of the emergency room at Perth Children’s Hospital. The morning of my spa day, I had to call the ambulance at 8oclock in the morning. My baby was not breathing properly. As you may imagine, this was TRAUMATISING and an EXTREMELY SERIOUS medical emergency. I called up your spa clinic shortly after being driven to Perth Children’s in the ambulance. Our spa day was not the first thing on my mind. However, the lady who answered told me that my voucher would normally be null and voided if I wasn’t to let you know 24hrs prior. That is DISGUSTING as I was currently bawling my eyes out already due to the emergency of my child that I wasn’t able to look into the future the day before to let you know 24hrs beforehand. She said she would call me back to see if I could use the voucher on another day. I never heard back. Unfortunately, we then ended up at the emergency AGAIN and was admitted for 3 days. My child was not getting better. Once again, a traumatising experience. My husband then rang up wanting to see what was happening with the voucher as we never heard back. The lady he spoke to on the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE and would not allow him to speak to the manager or anyone higher up to try and resolve this matter. They were also DEMANDING we PROVE we were at the emergency and admitted into hospital. I have never EVER been treated like this by an organisation or business before. To demand someone prove they were at the hospital with legal documents that are PRIVATE is BEYOND DISGUSTING. They did not apologise or try and accommodate us in ANY WAY whatsoever, in fact, only became MORE rude when my husband said he was not willing to share with you our personal hospital records but if you were that insisting to call up Perth Children’s Hospital yourselves to find out. We were shocked and appalled that this was even being questioned. We still have not heard back from anyone. I hope this reaches management and that everyone involved goes through some sort of customer care and people skills training because you should not be allowed to speak to anyone that way. Disgusting behaviour.

    So disappointed to find this business will not honour a membership which did expire in Feb 2022 and had a balance left of over $400. They had since changed ownership and I did explain that during Covid I was working extremely long hours managing an Aged Care Facility and found it very difficult to make or keep appointments when I scheduled them. I spoke to them around 1 month ago and they did state they would honour my membership but when I tried to book online today I received a phone call from the Manager stating that they would not. I would no doubt have continued to use their services as I had done recently but never again. So much for trying to address well being of others. I was hoping this new management would not be as pushy with the onselling as the previous owner. UPDATE in reply to Management response I find it interesting you managed to follow up today when we spoke yesterday you had no record of my details. I disagree there is no logic in my request as I have no recall of having my membership extended and this was not mentioned by yourself in our conversation. I was asking to extend due the unprecented events of Covid 19 and hoping for some understanding and leeway. I would otherwise have made full use of my membership. As for your staff having no recall of our conversation after checking my phone records there is evidence of calls both on the 30/12/22 and 3/1/23. A voice message was left by Kayla? What I find very unfair is that after I was informed my membership would be honoured I was then told by yourself it was not going to be. $400 approx is a lot of money to not be used unneccessarily. My advice to others would be not to ever purchase a membership because even in the worst of circumstances it will not be honoured. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    I renewed a gold membership just before my wedding but then fell pregnant on my wedding night. I checked three times to see if I needed to put my membership on hold due to not being able to receive treatment during pregnancy and it being too difficult with a breastfeeding newborn. I was told over and over that it was fine and they would put a note on my account. I missed my apt yesterday and they have voided the entire remaining sum on the membership, despite this not being written anywhere in their terms and conditions. Will not be returning, do not recommend.

    My wife came here regularly in 2021/2022 but recently returned and it seems change of management has occured and service has dived. We were keen to both get a review but will look elsewhere now.

    Had a voucher that was away to expire with Le Beau so decided to use it. It was mentioned to me when booking I had 3 years to book my appointments. Found that very unprofessional. The facial was ok. Wasn’t told what products were getting used. No explanation what kind of facial but in fairness the facial was relaxing. Don’t ever book a pedicure! $170 for the worst pedicure ever! I had two toes with shellac on them and was charged $53 to have it removed. The therapist couldn’t get it off. The pedicure was very over priced and 2 hours later I have two chipped nails. One has actually peeled off. The room was shabby and dirty. This place one to be really good but has drastically gone down hill. Would never recommend to anyone. There are much better spas. Going tomorrow to get this polish removed by professionals.

    Another pleasant experience with LeBeau🥰🥰 been here for many years and their quality never disappoint! Don't understand why people are leaving negative reviews, as they always make sure to inform us about voucher voids beforehand. I'm confident that some businesses that take bookings have a deposit system to ensure people do not cancel last minute as it creates a hassle for them. What a shame! Keep up the good work LeBeau team❤️

    Wonderfully relaxing spa for couples, great massage by two very experienced masseuse. Relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely go again, probably leave out high tea.

    I’ve been there couple of times to buy Aspect facewash, the receptionist was very professional and accommodating. One time Facewash was out of stock, she took my number and informed me once the stock arrived and even saved one for me which I bought after a week. Very satisfied with the service.

    Hi I just had the best massage in my life . I actually am a masseuse, so I already had high expectations. From the moment I arrived , it was a beautiful experience, from the friendly staff to the beautiful ambience in this spa. I immediately felt relaxed. A tea on arrival and a smiling therapist. Than the massage . It was everything I needed and more . So relaxing , so perfect pressure for relief from a sore back but so relaxing for my stress recovering from cancer . Then when it was over , I was taken to a beautiful quiet area for a light breakfast and coffee . That’s what I call great service and a beautiful Day spa . I will be going back again soon . Thank you to all at Le Beau!

    Typical Asian scam no proof of charge unless you’ve done the service. Hopefully I’ll be able to press some charges if i don’t get compensation

    Came in with my partner for a spa package. The whole experience was PHENOMENAL! The owner, rephin, was very patient throughout the process and had recommended great ideas to surprise my partner for our anniversary. From the moment we walked in to the moment we check-out, they remained professional and helpful and my partner has never been happier. I highly recommend booking for a surprise day out for your partner!

    Had an amazing Swedish massage. Staff were friendly and the masseuse was lovely, accomodating and full of smiles. Came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
