I’ve been a customer for over a year now, I usually get all my piercings done here, but I was very disappointed with the service today. I got my nostril done a while ago and came in to change the jewellery. No one was able to change it, and they blamed the previous piercer for doing it wrong (I got it pierced there). They ended up repiercing it, however the hygiene standards were horrible. My partner who was waiting outside saw the piercer touch the keys to get the jewellery out of the cabinet while she was still wearing the gloves. She did not change the gloves before piercing my nose again and I fear I might get an infection because the piercing site is not looking good. Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the service, not to mention the piercer was eating while piercing me.

Got my smiley done here and i am super pleased, very painless and super quick, Melissa was my piercer and was super professional and welcoming.

Professional, caring, careful and friendly staff here Im always so happy after every service! Don't remember the lady's name, she is did my nose piercing and was done perfectly. I couldn't be more happier. Highly recommend! Thankyou 🥰🥰

I got my vertical labret done here today and it was a very positive experience. I was pierced by Melissa and she was very kind and helpful and genuinely cares about her clients. Very positive attitude towards her work! She made sure I was happy with the placement of my piercing which shows how much she cares about her clients and their new piercing! Overall was a very positive experience and I would love to come back for another piercing! Thank you very much and keep up the amazing work!

My daughter had her eyebrow pierced & I had my lip pierced by Ellena under the supervision of Melissa, they were absolutely fantastic! Ellena is learning piercing and I have to say she was awesome! I’m not coming back there The girl cut but thy don’t understand about piercings, and recommend earrings that don't fit the face, the girls really tried to help but I won't go back to the blood

I came into Essential Beauty today and had a nostril piercing done, It was a great experience for my first ever face piercing and i'm quite happy with how it looks. I'm not sure who did my piercing but Thank you I will say though i wasn't given the choice to pick which piercing went in but i was able to choose what type (stud or hoop which i went for stud) If i wanted to get another piercing done I'd likely go there again it was good

I honestly can’t recommend the ladies at Mirrabooka enough! Melissa, Laura and Kiah were absolutely incredible with my two Daughter's, particularly with my very anxious 4yr old. She’s been wanting her ears pierced for so long but was nervous about the process. The ladies took so much time, explained everything and then did some quick magic to pierce her ears without her even flinching! My little one didn’t even cry or flinch throughout the process too. They were all so excited for them both which was so lovely. I’m so great full to the ladies for the incredible experience and expertise. A special mention to Melissa though, my 4yr old wouldn’t of got them down without her warmth and tricks. She was so proud of herself and that was definitely thanks to Melissa 🙏 Thank you again ladies! The girls are still smiling ☺️

I had one piercing done here spontaneously and it took a lot longer than it should of to heal, so I went to a tattoo shop that had a professional piercer to inspect it and it turned out it was done far too close to my other piercing I’d had from childhood and it was also done wonky so it was never going to heal. Would definitely not recommend for piercings, if you want to get a piercing I’d go to a professional.

We had Laura and she was the best. Pieced my daughter helix and she never even cried, changed my belly ring which hadn't been changed for 30 years, I would definitely go back to see Laura, my daughter already talking about getting more because of Laura from mirrabooka
