The Lady boss told me this building has been around for more than 30 years started with a news agency, then a deli and now a Vietnamese cafe. Her grown mint leave was so fragrant and so fresh. The pho beef came with very fragrant mint leaves and very fresh lime. I have never had this type of good pho beef side dish before in Perth. The soup was hot as I had requested. I will never forget this meal. Lime is expensive in Perth though. The noodle was thin and flat. Pho beef at $11/bowl. Can't beat this price right? Certainly value for money. Comfortable air-conditioning when outside was 38 Deg C, clean and good ambient. Free car parking bays. Cheers! (2022-02)

Lemongrass chicken salad nom nom nom. Fresh, flavourful and just delish. The staff here are always great.

So delicious was the best Vietnamese I've had on Australia, a classic lunch bar vibe, nice lil sunken garden next to the road is such a nice scene to enjoy lunch in with all the right condiments on the table. Do a great Veggie Pho and the avo rice paper rolls were awesome

Ordered beef pho and some chicken rice paper rolls, both were delicious! Only downside was I had to wait about half an hour which was a tad long for a lunch break meal, considering it didn’t seem that busy.

Not open at all at 235pm on a Tuesday. The sign says open and ask the lights are on. Very weird. Would recommend trying to confirm hours before coming here. Edit// Mysteriously opened shortly after posting this! So glad they did. It was delicious and affordable. I would come ahead and try to call before I do :)

Food tasted fresh and good quality. Kitchen was very very accommodating to complex dietary requirements providing options. Excellent value. Wonderful service and recommendations.

Nothing close to authentic. We ordered pho, pork noodle and BBQ pork rice. It took almost half an hour for the food to come. And they taste totally different from the authentic ones. Kinda disappointed. Won't come back
