I
visited
your
store
this
afternoon
and
approached
a
staff
member,
who
I
think
is
named
Nash,
for
help
in
finding
a
product.
However,
Nash
refused
to
assist
me
and
suggested
I
seek
help
from
someone
else.
I
was
taken
aback
but
eventually
managed
to
find
another
staff
member,
a
young
lady,
who
kindly
directed
me
to
the
product
I
was
looking
for.
When
I
went
to
pay,
I
noticed
that
only
two
out
of
the
three
staff
members
were
assisting
customers
at
the
checkouts.
The
third
staff
member,
Ann-Marie,
was
wandering
around
the
store
and
not
helping
her
colleagues.
This
caused
a
delay
in
the
checkout
process
and
made
the
customer
service
experience
highly
dissatisfying.
I
suggest
that
you
improve
the
organization
of
your
staff
members
to
avoid
such
delays
and
ensure
better
customer
service.
