One of the best bahn mi I’ve ever had! A very big portion with a lot of fillings. Both of the roasted pork and pork belly were juicy and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy! The ratio of the bread, meat, the paste/sauce, vegetables and pickled veggies was perfect! The bread was warm, fluffy and crunchy too. 10/10 We also loved the Vietnamese iced coffee which was a very big portion too.

This place is always packed!! Having a line and a crowd is always a good sign of what to expect. Also having them grilling skewers and meat outside in charcoal also helps. Really good selections of Bahn MI’s in this place. From your traditional to the fusion and out there ones. Took some home and it was as good to takeaway as well. Fresh, tasty, good amount of ingredients and looks drool 🤤 worthy. Highly recommend this place if you like Bahn Mi. it’s time south of the river was represented in a Lunch bar out of all places.

Sensational experience. I had the #1. ROAST Pork Belly w/crackling. Delicious!! Very few things I can say have been a complete pleasure to eat right to the end. Crusty roll had a beautiful clean bite no pull. Full of fresh ingredients not to much of one thing. RPB was the star, lightly pickled vege was tasty, Mayo didn't soak through roll. Held together all the way through to the last bite. More than enough can't stop once you start. Look forward to returning to try another one!! Banh Mi was yum. Had the grilled chicken with double meat. It was tasty but seemed to be lacking something, not sure what. Maybe some fresh herbs, it had coriander tho. Seating was fairly reasonable as they have a high turnover of tradies. Spring roll was yum too. It's also cool that they have the grill outside just like in the pictures. Service was great and fast.

Fantastic ban mi, crunchy bread, crunchy pork crackling, great service and portion size. Indeed the best I've had so far. Nice sauce and zing to it with the sliced red chili. I've got to return for the other dishes. Plan and go earlier as there will be a queue both to order and to pick up. But, it's definitely worth the wait! Many loyal customers.

We dropped by this place for some take away banh mi. Counter service was friendly and the wait not too long. The banh mi were delicious and filled to the brim with ingredients. Even the tofu banh mi was very filling and worth it for the price.

Honestly, their Banh Mi is a real treat. And what a steal too! If you go for the vegan one, and hate the texture of meat- try tofu instead of the vegan pork belly. I couldn't believe that's not meat. It was way too close in taste and texture to real meat. If you don't mind, then it's a win of course. The overall taste and freshness of the ingredients is great.

Banh mi is absolutely topnotch. Had the roast pork belly and the fried chicken banh mi. The pork belly is so good, could do with more coriander, but that's just because I love coriander. Service is very friendly, and super efficient. Stuffed chicken wing was also very delicious. Really good eats.

Small place but always busy! If you like banmee you will love this place. $10 per bunmee, Vietnamese coffee is $6. If you buy together than $15 for all! * weekend is always busy, so if you are rushing maybe pre order it.

I really love this place!!! The food...all yummy. We usually get the chicken with rice and at times the porkchop with rice. The meal includes a soup, sauce, slices of cucumber and tomatoes. The Bahn Mi is a must try as well. The staff here are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service, super welcoming. Massive selection of food on the daily. Certainly recommend calling in sick to fill your bellies with good food good coffee.

I forgot to take photo of the Bhan mi, we always order the traditional Vietnamese Bhan mi. Sometimes we order rice dish and noodle salad which taste yummy too. Their grilled pork and chicken are tender and juicy. The service we get from the staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended to all the Bhan mi lovers.

The Bunnings sausage sizzle was a no go today so based on a recommendation I headed to the bibralake lunch bar. Not a fan usually but was definitely surprised. It was quite busy the line was out the door but there was two lines and it was an orderly fashion. I ordered the chicken and chips, the chicken was tender and the seasoning perfect the chips were a little dry and not fluffy. You can eat outside and parking is ample enough, the service was top notch. Food and drink variety is quite good and cost is reasonable.

Had a nem nuong banh mi and skewers. This place makes very good traditional Viet food in the area. The lunch bar get crowded very fast due to the popularity so expect the service to take a bit of time but it is worth the wait.

Have morning brunch there after a Saturday walk at nearby Bibra lake. Is a Vietnamese bbq meat and baguette cafe . Yes,the bbq item was delicious and char grilled.Quite a crowd,service was abit slow due to most of the meat was bbq on the side of the cafe(outside).

Good banh mi with very generous fillings. This place sits a little odd amongst factories, but is definitely worth dropping into. Their traditional (cold meats) banh mi is good, and the ever popular crispy pork belly is good too. IF I was to nitpick, the bread isn’t exactly fresh as it didn’t have that crispy outside with airy & light inside, but was rather toasted instead (just something to take note of, or maybe that was my experience only). The service is fantastic and they’re extremely friendly, and again, extremely generous fillings of crispy pork etc, which makes it difficult to see the fault of the bread, lack of flavour in the pâté and crispy skin. Again, this is ONLY if nitpicking. That being said, this place is definitely worth your time to drop in if you have the time.

You know your meal is going to be delicious when you see a large queue out the door. The pork belly Bahn mi is delicious and very filling. The ingredients they use is fresh and the pork was still moist. The fried chicken is boneless and retained all its flavour without excess oil. Highly recommended and will stop by again if I'm in the area.

Probably the best Banh Mi outside Vietnam! Favorite ones are the BBQ pork & Roasted Pork Belly. The BBQ pork are super tasty & smokey while the highlight of the roasted pork belly is the generous amount of fried pork lard. The coffee taste authentic & a must-have! It's also great that they open quite early for breakfast.

OMG! This is the most amazing place for Vietnamese banh mi thit and street food! My crackling roast pork banh mi was delicious! Pork crackle was on point, the pate was tasty and melted in your mouth and the portion was huge! We also loved the pork nem nuong and honey soy chicken skewers which were cooked over an open flame grill just outside. Anticipate a 30min plus wait as this place gets packed, but it's worth the wait and the drive if you're from North of the river!

The roasted pork belly is clearly the best! It’s legendary! We also got the char grilled chicken. Try all the flavours. These people know what they are doing. $10 each.

So tasty!! Absolutely loved the grilled skewers, the satay chicken one was very well marinated and with a huge amount of delicious char. The nem nuong was similarly good! Got banh mi as well, very good ratios of pickles and pate and filling, they tasted so fresh and satisfying. The traditional bmt only had 2x types of meat which was a little disappointing (still good overall) and the roast pork one had lots of pork with crispy crackling. Tried the CFC too, compared to the other things it wasn't as flavoursome, but it was an excellent fried chicken (not too greasy) that's right up there in the fried chicken rankings! Will definitely be back.

I stopped by to grab some lunch on a Saturday. The place was packed with lines out the door. They sell Vietnamese fare including Bahn mi and BBQ skewers. There is a menu behind the counter and there were display cabinets of food as well. Keep an eye on the menus on the counter too. Lots of options so it was hard to pick what to get. It was about a 20 minute wait since they were really busy. I was lucky since they still had Bahn mi when I ordered, they sold out when I came back to pick up the meal. The Bahn mi was delicious and fresh. The crusty bread was very easy to eat and the fillings were just really delicious. The same goes for the skewers. They did have an assortment of flavours and you can see them being made freshly outside, but this might only be during weekends. We got the lemongrass chicken and that was delicious. We also got a pork chop on rice which was also really tasty. Everything was delicious and I can see why it is so busy. They do have some tables outside the shop if you were wanting to eat there but it did look like most people were getting takeaway.
