My transaction was entirely online. Website is not super friendly, specially the quality of the detailed photos but it's not terrible. I was able to place my order without too much trouble. After that they promptly communicated with me and confirmed my address before shipping my product. The earrings I got are for my baby girl. Not sure if they are solid or hollow but they seemed fine to me. I would definitely recommend them.
