It was just horrible, the crystals were fake the beads I got MELTED with little to no heat. They were very rude and it’s just a bunch of overpriced junk.

Great boutique bead shop which has the best prices and quality in downtown Miami combined with wonderful customer service. The owners look happy to be there and are always ready to answer any questions and go out of their way to help . A pleasure to shop here. Highly recommend.

I came across Maslov Beads while walking down downtown unexpectedly and had my eye caught by their beautifully set up window display, and thankfully I did. Everything in this store was organized and well set up to easily find what you're looking for. Their service was great and helpful, and John kindly helped me find the variety of beads I was looking for. Having used their beads and ring wires consecutively, I can admit they have never disappointed me. The quality is authentic and durable and given at great prices. I will definitely be returning soon and recommend this place to anyone looking for the best jewelry supplies in Miami.

Natalie & John are a very nice couple. I have been buying from them for many years.Their variety of stones etc make very appealing to order necklaces, earrings etc. Their quality is excellent and the crafting of the items is excellent.

Owner is rude and he took advantage of me when I was not well… when I returned to confront them they had absolutely no remorse !!! So disappointed I ever came in here and I WILL NOT EVER BE GOING BACK!! Beware!!
