Michael and Sophie are AH-MAZING! Sophie has been bringing my hair back to life steadily through color and gloss after it was SEVERELY damaged by a botched balayage at a DIFFERENT salon in the area. I cannot upload the before picture of my hair, but trust me it was horrible. Michael gave me just the cut I wanted and desperately needed! It was dull, heavy, crispy and lifeless when I walked in, but when I walked out my hair was shining! You know, like that shine your hair had before you ever colored it....THAT kind of shine. No matter what condition your hair is in, they KNOW their stuff and they will do magic on your hair! You can even book online, which is a HUGE plus for me! Another great thing is the ambience of the salon. It's so clean, well-designed and chic. They are also SUPER SUPER nice, which is a rarity in this area. This is a judgement-free zone where you can just sit back and relax while they work their magic! I'll never go anywhere else!

Making an appointment was ridiculously easy and they have great availability. All the staff were kind and the space is so clean and welcoming. Natalya was exceptional. I hardly trust anyone with my hair and have not done my hair professionally in years but I will be returning thanks to her. She gave me great advice on growing out my awkward pixie and how to manage it. Absolutely recommend and totally worth the headache of Collins Ave.

Had a great experience with a XO team. Came with destroyed hair after awful hair color. Got very lucky with hair stylist Guram. He was able to fix my gray roots and remove the awful orange color. I am very happy, definitely will come back to this place.💕
