This was my first time here. I was rushing to get there before 7pm and drop off my package but needed help with tape. I get there and thereā€™s people in line and employees still working and I asked politely if they can help with my package. This older lady slammed the door on my face and locked it! It was 7:02pm at this point and she didnā€™t want to let me in. I get it was past 7pm but they couldā€™ve helped. She was letting others but for some reason not me. She treated me horribly! Never again.

The customer service here is horrible. The young lady at the front with the long finger nails rolled her eyes when I asked a simple question. If you donā€™t like your job simply quit. The eye rolling and the sighing is just ridiculous and rude. I wonā€™t be stepping foot back in this post office, but I will be calling corporate to complain. This location needs to train their employees better.

I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this branch. The staff here consistently exhibit a poor attitude, which leaves me puzzled about why they choose to work here if they're unhappy. I've visited this location over ten times to send packages, and each visit has been consistently unpleasant. It's disappointing that they don't reflect the values of the United States Post Office, as customers deserve respect and courtesy. Moreover, it's disheartening to witness them handle packages with such little care.

Incompetence all around, are, though they are delivering on a property daily, when it comes to making extra effort and getting your bums out of the trucks, some are simply unable to think, make a decision, or willing to make the effort. It is disgusting and disappointing to see the quality of service and of some of these people that service this area. I have never seen so much in difference yet somehow they manage to stay employed and drive to the detriment of the customers.

If I could give this post office negative stars I would, the 2 girls that were working today were so rude to every customer they encountered. And the one that was supposed to be ā€œhelpingā€ told me that I didnā€™t need an address change and ensured me my package was arriving when I indeed needed an address change and my package was not arriving. I donā€™t understand why she couldnā€™t just help me fix my address. Everyone who works there in incredibly incompetent and this location should get new workers or close entirely, and their passport machine never works so donā€™t even try to come for that either.

Ms. Walker was absolutely amazing! From the time I called in a claim about misdirected mail, it took her less than two hours to contact me, research my case, find out what happened, and retrieved my lost parcel plus mail. She kept in touch with me every step of the way. What amazing customer service and what an incredible experience!

I avoid having to go to a brick and mortar USPS location and this facility is probably mine and a lot of other peopleā€™s reason why This location needs a bit of a revamp in terms of customer service and productivity. Either be open ready to help customers or do not bother. #usps #certifiedmail #northmiami #florida

We made a passport appointment online. The passport little office inside opened 45 minutes late because they were short of people. Yolanda the lady who process our paperwork was professional, calm, and very helpful. However management could have post a note and to let people know they were running late. We all have jobs, and commitments plus there was a couple with a child that stood there waiting for 40 minutes. Their disregard for people/customers is extreme. The solution is simple. Communicate the office is running late and although not ideal, the ones that stood online have a better idea and can call our jobs to ask for more time off. The 3* given are for Yolanda who was amazing.

My package has not yet arrived, they say the wrong address in the application and the others arrive, that is a scam, the delivery deadline is already met today after I purchase the product
