From the onset, Kara was a fantastic communicator. They all showed up on time, and handled our new hot tub acquisition with white gloves. They moved it from the driveway to the pool cage with utmost care. They are a family business and I would definitely use them again! They even gave me tips on how to properly care for the hot tub. Called SWFL Hot Tub Movers to move a hot tub from Cape Coral to Naples. Kara was very responsive, explained everything up from and stayed true to her quoted price. She reached out when the hot tub was picked up to let me know the ETA. Once they got here they were very professional and very nice. They placed the hot tub exactly where I wanted it. Kara took the time to give me a few pointers and tips on the hot tub and told me exactly what to do if the hurricane out in the Caribbean does make landfall like it’s predicting. Its a small family business, very nice people, super helpful also. If you are looking to move, save your time and just hire them, I researched, took time to get quotes and they were the most reasonably priced in the area. On top of that they are very well equipped, including a little tractor like thingy and sleds, which makes wverything so much easier and much more safe for your hot tub too! Unlike other companies, they barely lift it of the ground, which is very good and safe. Work smart, not hard! Over all great experience, highly recommend them. Will use again if needed too! 🤠
