    Yesterday I picked up my new E-Scooter at the Hialeah Best Buy. Since I don't have a car, they let me assemble it and charge the battery at the store. They were really accommodating with me. I am truly grateful to the employees and management. I am also especially grateful to the universe, since I am a stroke survivor, and this was my first time riding anything like this to my hotel in Miami Springs...

    A bit disorganized than the ones i’ve been to, more empty to be precise. Looks outdated for some reason. This location is starting to look like a Circuit City once they started to liquidate (iykyk).

    5 stars for the lady at the pick up desk. We payed a laptop on 5th Street with pick up in Hialeah. We were not informed that takes time to prepare it even though the person knew we were in a rush. The lady got our product in a blink of an eye with a genuine smile. Thank you for making our day!

    My mother and I went to this store because it was only a few blocks away from her home. We had purchased a 85" TV and the staff laughed at us while we put it in my mother convertible. Instead of helping us they made fun of us. Stating we were not going to make it home with TV. Horrible service. The guy who check us out said he didnt care about making sales because he did not get paid commission. Which we found rude and unnecessary. Don't think we will be shopping here again.

    I did not get her name, but they have the worst female manager. I think her name is Ellie. I see her alway mistreating her staff, I had the worst experience with her. I had an issue when it came to do a curb side order ( I had to pick up two 75in tvs and a Mac book)I came in to the building because another employee was doing a curb side right beside me. They noticed I checked in and told me, what I had came to pick was two large item, therefore it was in the back of the store so I had to wait a moment for them. I told them it was okay but I came in any ways after waiting 45minutes. They told me they had a problem with the Mac book, they tried to explain to me that, they didn’t get “pick” so that basically they didn’t have my order ready when they said it was and I had also came from another store. She was very rude and disrespectful. She did not want to help me out. I know she is the manager because I ended up asking an employee for her name which is why I wasn’t sure but I do remember that she was a manager for the warehouse. Definitely prefer the other manager Adriana because she have helped me out in the past when it came to my past order.She needs to be replaced. I notice most reviews big companies won’t do anything about this but you definitely need to fix that because Best Buy will go down due to one experience with a bad manager that shouldn’t be. Please replace her.

    I’m not sure if this was a mistake from an unexperienced tech, but I had my entire sound system installed with you guys and after a month I burned an amp……. And my lights were dimming drastically so I took the vehicle to an audio specialist, and they stated that the power to the amplifier is supposed to be ran all the way to the battery and not to the vehicles fuse box and that that’s why my lights were dimming drastically you would think that a company like Best Buy would do a better job. The install was about 500 bucks and some change……. and as per the audio specialist, it was connected wrong. This has cost me the replacement of an amplifier, and I had to re-run the wiring for the application……..I deserve a refund!!!!please do better
