Fresh Fit Foods is hands down the BEST fresh prepared food you could order. Every single meal taste delicious and the team emails with you directly for any substitutions. I used to meal prep and this became a game changer. This is better than any of those companies you try for free or create meals to cook for you. Every meal is prepped with fresh foods and is labeled with ingredients and calories for your benefit. Best part is there is 6 weeks of different foods!! Chad the owner emails you directly and within minutes if you have a question. I am so impressed by all the options including vegan and Paleo. I started out with the trial week and immediately signed up for weekly meals because they are fresh, they take minutes to heat and they are healthy. I also pick them up at my local gym so that is a huge benefit for me! I am telling you this is affordable and worth trying because it saves me time and money!!! Thank you Chad

The food is great and restaurant quality. We've tried the Healthy Lifestyle plan and are now on the Senior Meal plan. Both plans use the right carbs, are nicely seasoned (not spicy) and have bright, fresh, and never drab tastes. We like the imaginative replacement of gluten ingredients that make dishes tastier and healthier. The lentil pasta dishes are very tasty. The meals come prepared for eating in containers (2+ minutes in microwave) with the proteins and veggies laid out. The plans are on a six-week rotation, no getting tired of the same food, but we have the option for meal substitutions. Nutritional values are on each container.

AMAZING FOOD, I was looking for a while for a place that was able to provide my household with healthy options for dinner and lunch. I greatly enjoy these meals! They are all like a gift that I am unwrapping. Each meal is so delicious, fresh, and healthy. They are diverse in the cuisine choices & nice portion sizes. Affordable price & convenient delivery. Wonderful & quick responses from Chad if there are any questions. I loved the Indian butter chicken & the pot roast with mashed sweet potatoes from the recent delivery.

So far, so good. I started Fresh Fit Foods a couple of weeks ago. I started with the lunch only plan. I liked every meal (except the turkey burger, because I wasn't used to it). I switched to the dinner only plan and have zero complaints. Everything is very tasty and well-seasoned. I even enjoyed the turkey chill and cauliflower rice. I can't believe how much I have been enjoying healthy food! I recommended the service to my sister who has some dietary restrictions, so I think it she will really appreciate the meals. Delivery is smooth, communication is great, so I highly recommend.

My husband and I live in Naples for the winters. We were excited to find FFF- It is perfect for our active lives. I was tired of paying $20 for an $9 sandwich to be delivered to me at work for lunch. I was eating lunches that weren't good for me and going broke doing it. I found Fresh Fit Foods and started the lunch meal plan 4 times a week. The salads are fresh, tasty and a perfect portion. I'm paying half the amount for food that is good for me and I get to pick what I'm in the mood for each day, since they all arrive on time every Tuesday. This is a great service! I will try the dinners next!

Would definitely recommend this service to anyone that wants to eat healthy fresh meals. Communication is top notch and the quality and freshness of the food tastes like homemade meals made from scratch. The delivery service is beyond convenient and works perfectly for my needs. I do the 4 lunches and 4 dinners and so far there is nothing I would change. I like to eat out a couple of times a week in Naples and having a reliable meal prep service delivering fresh delicious food is a home-run for my lifestyle. I got this food service for my father who is in his 80’s to try to ease the burden on my sisters who are caring for him in his home. They told me the meals look great and that all of his vitals improved, including his sugar which is a big deal since he’s diabetic. So, the senior meals clearly are well designed. They have been so easy to work with, including substitutions for him, and have always delivered the meals on time and as expected. I haven’t tried the other meal packages, but for anyone looking for healthy meals for a senior, i highly recommend this service! It’s a great thing to have available for my father.

Every meal is chef quality, presentation and delicious. We love the freshness of the veggies and the burst of flavor. Portions for two are just perfect. Our favorite is garlic shrimp dish and pasta bolognese. Customer service response from Chad was prompt and efficient. Delivery same time every Sunday and Tuesday. Thank you chef.
